Welcome to this mindfulness meditation that will help you to stay in the present moment while creating space in your energy field.

This meditation will provide you with a sense of calm and relaxation,

Bringing you clear focus and charge for manifestation of your goals and dreams.

Let's begin by getting comfortable,

Sitting upright but relaxed and when you're ready bring your attention to your breath.

Take a deep breath in and slowly release it.

One more deep breath in and let it out.

Breathing naturally,

Keep your concentration on your breath,

Noticing the airflow going in and out of your body.

Bring your attention to your mind.

What does it feel like?

Is it busy?

Is it quiet?

Or is it anxious?

Regardless of how you feel,

Don't judge it in any way.

Don't try to tame it or control it.

Only observe it lovingly.

Be the watcher.

It's your beautiful mind.

It's part of you.

An essential part of your existence.

It's an irreplaceable part of your body,

Necessary for your functioning.

Just notice your thoughts and your feelings there.

Take your time.

Be patient with yourself.

Move your attention to your body.

Take note of how it feels.

Is it tense?

Is it calm?

Is it at ease?

Is there any discomfort or pain?

Stiffness?

Or maybe complete serenity?

Observe without any judgment.

Be the watcher.

It's your significant body.

It is a sacred temple that you live in.

It's special.

It is unique with its own chemistry,

Its own biology,

Its own vibration.

There's only one of you in the whole universe.

With its own purpose.

With its own design.

Serving as a moving vehicle for you to navigate this world.

Notice how it feels.

Notice the sensations.

Take your time.

Be patient with yourself.

Lovingly observe it.

Carry your attention to your mind now.

Notice any changes there.

Slowly start releasing the discomfort and the busyness,

If there is any.

Releasing all the stagnant and unnecessary energy.

Slowly clearing it.

Gently removing it.

As if you sweep the dust away.

Your mind is like a child.

It might be busy.

Curious.

Explorative.

It's everywhere.

Innocently active in the moment.

One enveloped in love.

Warmth and understanding.

Relaxes.

Slipping into irresistible tranquility.

Dropping all the barriers of the resistance.

Creating open spaciousness for flow.

Flow of the divinity.

Stay in this expansion for a moment.

Ever so connected to the Source and its majestic power.

Bring your attention to your body now.

What does it feel like?

What releasing all or any of your tensions.

Busyness or the discomfort.

Allowing for the pure energy rejuvenation.

Being nurturing and tender towards yourself.

As if you are taking energetic shower.

Lovingly releasing all the pains and aches.

Static and unnecessary energy.

Allowing it to be transmuted back into Earth.

Swaddling yourself in pure radiating love from up above.

Everything falls into place now.

You're feeling calm.

Collected.

Centred.

Balanced.

Non-reactive.

Your body,

Mind,

Energy,

Space,

Environment and vibration.

Aligning with the Source.

Providing clear focus from manifestation.

Bring your attention back to your environment and to your physical body.

Notice your skin from the head all the way to your toes.

Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
