Anxiety.
It happens.
We are human beings and we are going to experience anxiety at some point in our lives.
And this energy balancing exercise was created to address those times when we are absolutely riddled with the frequency of anxiety.
Full body,
Full-blown anxiety takeover,
Whether it's caffeine induced or life circumstance induced,
There are things we can do to reduce the intensity of anxiety.
Now this exercise is a little bit strange,
It's a bit odd,
But for a reason.
It's quite hard to address the discomfort of anxiety from the same humanness that is currently experiencing that anxiety in the first place.
So an exercise that's a little bit outside of the box can be super useful because it allows us to bypass the human physical experience that's experiencing that anxiety.
So let's go beyond the physical body,
Let's enter the energy world,
Let's enter that mindset of what if anything is possible,
What if I can heal myself,
What if I can reset my body,
Reset my physiology via the power of my mind.
So this exercise once learnt will then become a tool that you can use in your real-time everyday life.
So let's get into it.
We start by closing the eyes and we close the eyes because it helps us reduce external distractions.
So closing the eyes and begin to follow your breath,
Just follow the breath as it enters your body and leaves your body.
Next,
Think about or visualize a tube coming down from the universe and connecting to the energy around your head area and visualize a tube coming up from the earth and connecting to your feet or the area around your feet.
Next,
Think about visualize a tube,
Empty tube coming in to the side of your body,
Connecting to the left side of your body and a tube coming in from the universe,
From the unknown,
From the mystery now coming in on the right side of the body and connecting to the energy around your right side of your body.
Now think about or visualize an empty tube coming from the universe,
Coming in and connecting to your chest area and now a tube connecting to your upper back area.
So here we are,
Connected to the universe via these empty tubes,
One above the head,
One below the feet,
One to the left side of the body,
One to the right side of the body,
A tube to the front of the body,
To the back of the body and we'll just pause there.
Next,
A remote control appears in your right hand,
There's three buttons,
You click the first button and the tubes begin to fill with life force all encompassing loving energy.
Clearing and cleansing your body with this life force energy,
A direct portal to the universe,
Being cleared and cleansed by the universe.
And now you shift your attention to the second button on that remote control and you click it and these tubes of energy start to expand out into what is called your biofield.
The biofield is eight feet out,
Every which way,
Above,
Below,
To the front of you,
To the back of you,
To the sides of you.
So these tubes are now eight feet away from you,
Every which way and they continue to flood your physical body and flood your energy body with this fully charged universal life force energy,
With this clearing and cleansing potential.
Focus on clearing and cleansing anxiety,
The frequency of anxiety.
Now shift your conscious awareness to the remote control,
The third button,
You click it and now these tubes effortlessly and very lightly drift off and expand further and further,
Further,
Further out into the universe and beyond,
Into infinity and beyond.
Handing it over to the universe,
Handing it over to the mystery,
To the unknown,
To the oneness,
Handing it over to universe because the universe can handle it and help us transmute what does not serve.
So there you are,
A human being connected to these energy channels or tubes,
Direct portal to the universe,
Receiving this medicine from the universe,
Energy from the universe to help you clear and cleanse anxiety.
When you're ready,
You bring your attention back into the biofield and back into your physical body,
Back into the room you're in.
Raise the corners of your mouth,
Smile a little.
Knowing that you've just healed yourself,
You have the power to heal yourself whenever you choose to.
