An energy-balancing meditation to help aid the body and accelerate the healing process post-surgery or when healing from an injury. A guided exercise to inspire reconnection to our innate ability to foster healing for ourselves. A reminder of what we are capable of when ‘our powers combine’!! Powers = A blending of the concentrated mind with clear intention, rising from a relaxed and regulated state of awareness will always lead to restoring harmony. AKA Healing. This is an energy balancing meditation to help with the body's process of healing.

Post-surgery or if you've had an accident or an injury,

Whenever your body is in the process of rehabilitation,

Back to balance,

Back to harmony,

This meditation can be used to aid the body's innate ability to foster healing and to accelerate the healing process.

This guided meditation is meant to be used in conjunction with any medication,

Any instructions,

Any physio or rehabilitation instructions given to you by your health care professional.

Let's begin.

First of all we just find a comfortable position,

Whatever is suitable for you today,

A position that suits all your needs,

Making any adjustments needed as we go along this meditation.

The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and closing the physical eyes now and follow the breath.

Simply follow your breath as it is right now.

Just observing where you are breathing,

How you are breathing,

The quality of breath,

Without changing anything,

Just noticing how you're breathing.

Follow the breath as it enters your body,

It fills your body and it leaves your body.

Gently and softly,

The flow of life emptying and filling,

Emptying and filling.

And if it feels right for you,

Just slowing the breathing down ever so slightly,

And breathing into that lower belly now,

Just gently and softly,

Breathing into the belly and feeling the belly rise as you breathe in,

And the belly falling and relaxing as you breathe out.

Now gently shifting your conscious awareness to your area of concern,

To the area,

The part,

The organ,

The part of you that is in need of some extra love and light and healing right now.

Shift your conscious awareness to this part of you,

And notice what comes up.

As you tune into this part of you,

You may notice some harsher sensations,

Flooding,

Flushing through the body,

And that's okay,

Impermanence,

It will pass,

It will pass.

Now breathe into this part of you.

Every time you breathe in,

This part of you lights up with light,

With life force,

A sense of healing ray of light entering that part of you.

And as you breathe out that part of you,

The light just dims ever so slightly.

And continue to breathe into this part of you,

Breathing in and lighting up,

Breathing out and dimming the light,

Knowing that every time you breathe in,

You are supporting your body's process to heal,

To recalibrate,

To realign,

To balance.

All your cells increasing into healthy cells.

Muscle fibers or muscle tissues are forming,

Healing,

Healing,

Healing.

It's this forward motion of growth in a positive direction.

Using the power of your mind,

The quality of your mind,

With intentions of love and healing and wholesomeness to enter that area of your body every time you breathe in,

You light up with life.

And then breathe out to release any toxins,

Any unhealthy cells,

Etc.

Your body is intelligent,

It knows what to do.

Your energy is intelligent,

It knows what to do.

When we get that concentrated mind on board with an intention and clear intention of healing and growth and love and connection,

Oneness,

We can support our body's process of healing.

Our body right here,

Right now,

That's doing everything it can for us to heal and to align.

The body's working with the operation,

Working with medication,

Any other material things that you've used to aid your healing process.

Your body working as one as it should to heal.

Breathing in,

Healing,

Lighting up.

And breathing out,

Releasing,

Letting go.

What does that feel like?

What does that look like for you to heal with your mind?

Only you know.

And there is no right or wrong.

Only exploring here.

Exploring.

Healing with the mind,

Healing with light and love,

And a clear intention for balance.

And can you ask your body for pain reduction?

Perhaps you notice energy floats up to the brain,

Recalibrates the brain area associated with pain and sensations.

So now breathing all the way up your spine,

From the base of your spine all the way up,

Up through the neck to the top of the brain.

And then breathing down from the top of the brain,

All the way down your spinal cord.

And then up from the bottom of your spine,

Breathing up all the way up your spine,

Through the neck into the brain.

And breathing out from the brain,

Down your neck,

Down the spine,

All the way down to the base of the spine.

Ask yourself,

Can I have some pain reduction?

Can I reduce the pain?

Can I reduce the swelling,

The soreness,

The rawness?

And then returning back to your area of injury or concern for today.

And just breathing in and out of this place.

Breathing in light,

Breathing in love,

Supporting your cells process of healing.

Whatever that looks like for you,

Healing on a cellular,

Molecular level,

Atomic level,

Healing the body.

Keep going.

And this time,

Continue with a little smile on your face.

Keeping your intention and attention on your area that you're healing today.

And now visualizing this part of your body in a bubble of light.

And this bubble of light is going to continue to hold this healing space while you continue on with your day.

So as we begin to detach from this practice,

Perhaps thank yourself for being here today.

Thank your body for doing all that it does to heal.

And to finish,

Either mentally or out aloud,

You can decree,

You can say,

I'm healing.

I have the power to heal myself.

I am healed.

I continue to support my body's process of further healing.

And when you're ready,

Bringing your attention back to the physical body.

Bringing some light movement back into the body,

If that feels right for you.

And slowly beginning to open your eyelids and introduce some light back into the body,

Welcoming yourself back into the room,

Back into your right here,

Right now,

Human physical experience.
