Welcome,

This meditation is an invitation to shift awareness,

To step beyond old limitations and open yourself to a new version of reality.

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down,

Where your body can fully relax.

Close your eyes and take a slow breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.

Again in and out.

Let your breathing return to a natural rhythm,

There is nothing you need to force,

Nothing you need to achieve,

From this moment on you are simply allowing.

Bring your attention into your body,

Feel the surface beneath you,

Notice the weight of your body being supported.

Feel your feet,

Your legs,

Your hips and your shoulders relax,

Your jaw softens and your face becomes calm.

You are fully present here,

Centred,

Aware.

This grounded presence is what allows real shifts to happen.

Now bring your attention to the space around your body,

Notice that you are not only inside your body but also surrounded by space.

With each inhale feel your awareness gently expand beyond your skin,

Beyond the room and beyond familiar boundaries.

You remain calm and grounded while your awareness becomes wider.

You are safe,

You are steady,

You are open.

Imagine now that you are standing in a vast open field of possibility.

This field holds countless versions of reality,

Countless timelines and countless versions of you.

Each one represents a different choice,

A different way of being and a different expression of your potential.

You don't need to see everything clearly,

Just sense the openness and the possibility.

Somewhere in this field is a version of you who lives with more ease,

Clarity,

Confidence or peace,

A version of you that feels aligned,

Expanded and at home in themselves.

Bring to mind the version of yourself you are ready to step into now.

Not perfection,

Not force,

Just the next aligned version of you.

Notice how this version feels,

How they carry themselves,

How they breathe,

How they move through life.

Without effort,

Allow yourself to step into this version as if you gently shift timelines,

As if you merge with this frequency,

Feel it in your body,
