This ascension activation allowing you to connect with higher energy aspects of yourself to bring in more light into your physical form to do it in an inspired and easeful way.

So if you haven't already close your eyes,

Center,

Open and arrive taking a moment to be here now calling all parts of your energy field back to the room,

Back to yourself any affirmations that we use.

I invite you to say the words out loud or breathe them in and allow them to radiate into your field of consciousness.

I call all parts of me back to me now,

Back to the new moment that is unfolding.

I call all parts of me back to me now,

Back to the here and now.

Put one hand on your stomach,

One hand on your heart,

Keep them here that will help us in a moment when we step into this breathing exercise to open our consciousness field.

For now feeling your hand on your heart,

Hand on your stomach,

Feeling your body in this moment saying out loud one more time.

I call all parts of me back to me now.

Call all parts of me back to me now,

I am here now.

Feeling the hand on your heart,

Hand on your stomach,

Bring your awareness into your head,

Bring your awareness into your head in the center of your brow known as the energy center of the mind.

Feel into the center of your brow,

Bring your awareness fully here now and in a moment I want you to start breathing in and out through your head.

There's no right or wrong,

If this sounds abstract that's okay,

Do the best you can.

Do the best you can to feel your breath coming in and out through your third eye,

Through your mind center,

The center of your brow and as you do that say out loud my mind opens to divine mind.

My mind opens to divine mind and as you breathe inhaling and exhaling through this energy center,

See it as a valve or as a flower blossoming as you say the words I open my mind to divine mind,

Feel your mind opening,

Releasing any thoughts,

Any energies of anxiety,

Trepidation,

Fear,

Doubt,

Disbelief.

As you breathe in and exhale feel the top of your head,

The center of your brow,

Feel your head opening and these energies releasing out,

Feel your mind expanding.

My mind and divine mind are one,

You don't have to understand the words,

They're commands to your higher and lower consciousness,

Sub and super consciousness.

Now dropping down as you exhale,

Drop down like an elevator shaft down to the hand on your heart,

To the second of these three power centers,

Your heart also this sight of your heart chakra.

Now breathing in and out here,

Breathing in and out through your heart,

Inhale through your heart,

Exhale,

Feeling any tension,

Any old emotions,

Any anxiety,

Any old hurts that are ready to be released,

Releasing.

Breathing out loud I open my heart,

I open my heart to divine love.

Feeling your heart opening like a valve front and back or maybe blossoming like a lotus,

A hand on your heart,

Feeling your hand and your heart as you breathe in and out through this power center.

I open my heart to divine love.

Feeling all the energies of your head descending down,

All the energies of your head descending down to your heart.

My mind is in my heart,

My mind is in my heart,

My mind and heart are one,

My mind and heart are one,

Again no need to understand the words,

Priming our consciousness,

Getting into deeper and deeper states of brain and neurological activity,

Neurobiology,

Different ways of understanding what we're doing now.

Feeling into your breath and your heart,

Feeling it open,

Expand out,

Then on the next exhale dropping down the center all the way down to where your other hand is,

To your stomach known as the power center between your solar plexus and sacral region where you have a hand here.

Breathing in and out here,

If you already aren't using your nostrils,

Inhale,

Expanding the belly,

Filling your stomach,

Exhale,

Contract,

Pulling the belly towards the spine,

See if you can release any tension in the stomach now,

Relaxing even more,

Melting even more of your awareness into your body.

I am here now,

I open my power center and as you breathe in and out with your hand on your stomach,

One hand on your heart,

Feeling all of your awareness and energy here,

See your power center opening like a flower valve,

I open to divine power,

I open to divine power,

Breathing in and out,

My mind is in my body and in a moment I want you to breathe up the left side of your stomach,

Breathe and inhale from the hand on your stomach up to the hand on your heart,

Drawing your breath up like you're playing ping pong with your hands using your breath,

Inhale up the left from the hand on your stomach to the hand on your heart and then exhale and follow your breath and draw it down the right side from the hand on the heart down to the hand on your stomach,

Inhale up the left,

Exhale down the right,

Following your body's natural bio rhythm,

This allows us to create an orbit with our breath,

Inhale up the left,

Exhale down the right,

Inhale from the hand on your stomach up the left,

Exhale down the right from the hand on your heart to the hand on your stomach,

Inhale up,

Exhale down,

I am present in my body,

I am present in the here and now,

Inhale up exhale down and in a moment I want you to visualize a rainbow color coming in to your stomach,

Draw in a rainbow into your breath so as you inhale up the left,

See the rainbow being drawn up with your breath up to your heart and as you exhale see the rainbow descending orbiting with the breath now fuse the colors of the rainbow rays,

Inhale up the left the rainbow,

Exhale down the right the rainbow,

Feeling into the energies,

Deepening your awareness,

This is me I am safe,

I want you to continue this breath cycle as we begin our visualization experience,

Continuing holding your hand on your heart and stomach,

Inhaling up the left,

Down the right exhale and now I want you to imagine a rainbow orb of light,

A rainbow ball of light in the center of your brain,

The center of your brain,

Breathing up the left exhaling down the right visualizing an orb of rainbow colors in the center of your brain,

Feel into this orb and now I want you to focus and with your intention I want you to visualize and intend for it to pass down through your central meridian down through each chakra as you breathe up the left down the right see this orb of light descending down into your throat chakra and as it passes through each chakra see it cleansing,

Purifying and alchemizing,

Feel this rainbow orb descending down to your heart chakra,

Descending down one more to your solar plexus,

Passing one more to your sacral,

Feeling the energies descending even more,

Feel this orb of light go down to your root,

Feel the energy of your central column as you maintain your breath up the left down the right,

Feel maybe you feel it as an emanation,

A vibration,

See this rainbow orb at your root and in a moment see it passing down through your legs down into the earth,

Visualize your orb of light descending deep into the earth,

Visualize it connecting with what is known as your earth star chakra,

If you don't know what that is it's okay keep going maintaining your breath,

Inhale up the left,

Exhale down the right from the hand on your stomach to the hand on your heart,

Feeling,

Visualizing your rainbow orb of light deep into the earth,

Feel it fusing with your earth star chakra,

Breathing and feeling the energies of the earth and this energy center becoming one big orb of platinum silver light,

See one big orb of platinum silver light all the way beneath you as you breathe up the left down the right,

Inhale exhale deepening your awareness,

Visualize and draw even deeper your intention,

Your focus,

Your attention deep where your orb and the earth star have formed a big orb of platinum silver light,

Feel this platinum silver light emanating from below you,

Feel unconditional love emanating up into you as you breathe up the left,

Exhale down the right,

Feel the unconditional loving spreading emanating up from this big orb of platinum silver light beneath you,

Feel unity for all beings,

Feel universal consciousness descending into you,

Breathing up the left exhaling down the right,

Visualizing this orb of light,

This big platinum silver light beneath you as you breathe up the left,

Exhale down the right and now saying out loud I choose to connect with the divine light and sound frequencies,

I choose to connect with the divine light and sound frequencies,

See this orb of light coming up,

Moving up and as it moves up,

Feel streams of frequencies of higher vibrational energy coming into your body from below and above as you breathe up the left and exhale down the right,

See yourself filling up and being expanded outwards as this platinum silver light orb continues to emanate upwards,

Feel the energy flowing through you into all aspects of you,

See this orb of light 12 inches beneath your feet,

See this orb of light 12 inches beneath your feet,

Feel it vibrating,

Sense it,

Feel into it and now begin to spin it,

Doesn't matter which direction,

Begin to spin it and feel this orb of light 12 inches beneath your feet beginning to build momentum,

Beginning to build momentum,

Creating a platform as if you can stand on it,

Feel this platform spinning at higher velocities and frequencies of energies,

Breathing up the left,

Inhaling these energies,

Exhaling down the right,

Whatever is ready to be released,

Now as you breathe,

Feel this energy building an upward momentum,

See this pillar building,

See this platform coming up now and as it comes up,

See it building a pillar of light around you as if it's filling you and forming a shield around you,

Feel this orb,

This platform of platinum silver light coming up your legs,

Coming up into your lower chakra,

Feel the shield strengthening and building upward momentum,

Feeling the spinning around you as it comes up your body,

Up to your head,

All the way up to above your head,

Feel this shield of divine light and sound strengthening and feel it emanating up to above your head like a divine chamber surrounding you,

Breathing up the left,

Exhaling down the right,

Feeling into these energies,

Breathing and allowing this divine chamber of higher dimensional energies that's filling you and surrounding you,

See it ending about 3 and a half feet above your head,

Draw your awareness now to about 3 and a half feet above your head,

Sense your entire body encased in these divine energies,

Visualize every cell,

Every quantum aspect of your being radiating and drinking up these energies as you inhale up the left,

Feel these energies soaking into your mind,

Feel these energies soaking into your heart,

Feel these energies soaking into every cell and quantum fiber of your being and as you exhale,

Release the draw's energies,

Feel the spinning energies around you,

Feeling yourself encased and now see and visualize your orb of light connecting with the star chakra above you,

Your soul star chakra above you,

See your orb of light merging with your soul star chakra above you,

3 and a half feet above your head,

Seeing yourself being encased and now drawing your energy,

Feeling the energy all around you,

Feeling your orb of light connecting with the soul star chakra,

Feeling it becoming one big orb of platinum golden light,

See this orb of platinum golden light above your head as you breathe up the left,

Exhale down the right,

Feel it begin to spin above your head like the pillar below you did,

Will it to spin faster and faster,

It doesn't matter what direction,

See this orb of platinum golden light above your head spinning faster and faster and as you do,

Feel it pouring down upon you golden platinum light energies,

As you inhale up the left,

Draw these energies into all aspects of your body,

As you exhale releasing what's ready to be released,

Feeling this golden platinum orb spinning above your head,

Radiating down a pillar of golden divine light,

Sense yourself fully encased even more from above and below in this divine chamber,

Saying out loud,

I integrate these energies into all aspects of my form,

Breathing up the left,

Feel your energies integrating,

Exhale down the right,

Feel anything ready to be released,

Being released,

Sensing and feeling yourself fully encased,

Golden energy pouring down from above,

The silver energy continuing to emanate from below,

And now I want you to draw your awareness up,

Follow up a stream of light above your head,

Follow the stream of light upwards,

All the way up,

Drawing your energy and focus and attention,

All the way up a stream of light that goes all the way out into the cosmos,

The galaxy,

The universe,

Saying out loud,

I connect to the multiversal heart,

I connect to the multiversal heart,

Seeing yourself connecting with the highest chakra imaginable,

The highest energy gate imaginable,

Known as the center of light and sound,

The multiversal heart,

Maybe you can feel it like a rhythm pouring down into you,

From this stream of light down into this divine chamber that you're standing in,

That you're encased in,

Inhaling up the left from the hand on your stomach to the hand on your heart,

Drawing down the divine energies from the multiversal heart,

Exhaling out and releasing down the right side,

Visualizing this stream of energy coming down into you,

Connecting you with the heart of the divine energies,

Inhale and exhale,

Feel and sense this heart emanating downwards and streaming multiversal energies down to you,

Maybe you see it as colors,

Maybe it's a rainbow,

Maybe it's a mixture of the gold and silver lights,

Feel and sense this multiversal heart emanating downwards,

Streaming multiversal energies down into you,

Filling up even more,

Inhale up the left,

Exhale release down the right,

Integrating and allowing,

And now draw all of your awareness to the center of your chest,

To the center of your chest,

Feel the center of your chest opening like the cartoon Care Bears if you've ever seen it or heard of it,

Feeling your chest opening like a cartoon character and feeling the energies of the universal multiversal heart pouring down into you and out of you,

See a stream of light coming out of your heart and visualize the globe,

The planet as a ball in front of you,

Feel your heart energy beaming out into the globe,

Seeing the globe,

The planet as an orb of light in front of you,

Feeling the energies descending down from the heart of the multiverse,

Whatever colors are streaming,

Feel them coming out of you,

As you inhale drawing the divine energies down,

As you exhale let them pour out of you and into the planet that so badly needs it right now,

Whatever energies you wish to infuse,

Whatever energies if they're peace you wish for the planet,

If it's ascension energies you wish for the planet,

If it's unity you wish for the planet,

Inhale the divine unity down into your heart and exhale it out beaming it into the planet,

If it's harmony you seek then breathe in the harmony from above the divine harmony and exhale it out be the harmony,

Inhale up the left down the right drawing in the multiversal energy with your inhale exhaling it out as a stream of energy and color pouring out into the planet,

May all beings be blessed,

May all beings be able to hold this higher vibration,

May all beings be blessed as you continue to breathe allow the energies to pour through you,

Invoking divine loving light and wisdom for all,

Divine healing for all,

The greatest and highest good for all beings,

See yourself pouring out into the planet allowing these ascension frequencies to also infuse with the planetary grids and in a moment I want you to draw your energy,
