Hello and welcome.
It's so lovely to have you here today because I would love to share with you a very special meditation that I discovered recently for myself and I'd like to share that with you today.
It entails all the things that I find most valuable in life and during the past two decades I've been researching,
Learning and implementing and practicing different meditations,
Different theories and tools and this one in particular I found extremely touching for me.
It had an effect that I never experienced before and I hope that you feel the same.
So let's get started.
So just get comfortable,
Seated or lying down,
However you find it most comfortable.
The main thing is that you get into a state of total relaxation and it's essential that you do not cross your legs or do not cross your arms.
So you can sit upright or just lie down.
Allow your body now to settle in.
Gently close your eyes if you wish.
Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.
Imagine breathing out that you're letting go of any negativity and once more take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
One more time,
Breathe in and let go,
Completely let go.
All your nerves,
Muscles relax.
Just relax and allow your breath now to return into its natural rhythm.
Let your shoulders soften.
You can move your neck left to right because it's the neck that tightens up very quickly.
By moving it from left to right you can relax even more.
Also your jaw,
Move it left right,
Make sure it's in complete calm state.
Your forehead,
Your entire body relaxes.
Every muscle,
Every nerve in your body relaxes,
Becomes heavy.
You feel the ground under you.
You put a smile on your face,
Just gently smile with ease.
Feeling good in yourself,
Just the way you are in this present moment.
You don't have to think about anything,
You just listen to my voice.
You don't have to do anything,
You're just free right now,
Feeling calm and steady in this moment.
Let this feeling grow into a sense of quiet presence.
And now begin to recall a moment in your life where you felt truly grateful.
It could be something simple or something deeply meaningful to you.
Just recall that moment and place yourself back into that moment.
You see what you saw,
You hear what you heard and you feel what you felt in that moment of deep meaningful gratitude.
Let this gratitude fill your body,
Warm,
Open,
Expansive in your heart.
Allow that feeling to deepen.
Now gently bring to mind anything that feels unresolved,
A person,
A situation,
A memory.
Without forcing anything,
Simply acknowledge it.
And now softly say within,
I release this,
I let it go and I choose peace for myself.
And imagine any heaviness dissolving inside of you,
Letting go,
Feeling light,
Like mist fading in the morning,
Lifting.
And feel the space that opens within you.
We shift,
After letting go,
We're moving on.
You bring your awareness forward into your future.
Imagine yourself in one or two years from now.
I don't want to go too far ahead because I want it to be close.
I want the motivation of the achieving of it to be close enough to impact your thoughts and to have your motivation draw you towards that beautiful future.
You're living a life that feels deeply aligned and fulfilled,
Expansive.
And you're not chasing this life.
You're actually in the middle of it.
You're living it.
You're right there.
You are inside this state,
This life that you create.
And you look around.
Where are you?
What does your environment feel like?
Who are you with?
You make sure that you are surrounded by people who inspire you,
People who uplift you.
And you feel empowered.
You feel at peace in yourself.
Be very precise.
How do you carry yourself?
Are you confident?
Have you got your posture accordingly?
Your chest out,
Your shoulders back,
Full of confidence and positive self-awareness.
You know exactly how to carry yourself.
And you love yourself.
You're looking around.
You have exactly the life that you wanted,
That you anticipated.
You're there.
You feel it.
The house,
The people,
The car,
The location,
The sunshine.
Whatever it is that makes you happy the most,
That is what you're creating.
That is where you're living.
That is where you're spending your time,
Day in,
Day out.
How do you speak?
What is your profession?
What do you do?
You step into that version of you.
Feel it from the inside.
You own it.
You deserve it.
You're empowered.
You can have anything you want.
You make sure that the thoughts that pass your mind are positive,
That they uplift you.
From within.
You don't even depend on other people.
You don't need validation.
You generate the validation from within.
You praise yourself.
You love yourself.
You look in the mirror every day,
Telling yourself how brilliant you are,
How handsome and beautiful you are,
Just the way you are because you are the way you are.
Because there's only one like you.
You are unique.
And your work doesn't actually feel like work.
It's your calling.
It's your passion.
It's your purpose in this lifetime.
That's the reason you are here.
What are you creating?
How are you contributing?
Where do you find your satisfaction?
Be clear.
Be specific.
Be intentional.
And now feel this satisfaction and this clarity and the impact within yourself.
How about your relationships?
Who's your partner?
What kind of connections do you experience?
You feel the depth,
The support and the love around you from every side.
And your body,
Your physical awareness,
Your well-being,
Your health.
How do you feel physically?
You're strong.
You're energized.
You wake up in the morning,
Happy to get up,
Fully motivated for the day.
You start your morning routine.
You drink your drink,
Your morning drink.
Lemon water with ginger and honey and turmeric.
That's up to you what you like.
It has to be yours.
You own it.
You live it every day.
And the morning routine is what sets you up for the day with intention.
That gives you structure.
You exercise.
You eat healthily.
A lot of plant-based food.
And you feel the energy rising inside of you.
Every day.
More and more.
Notice how you take care of yourself and how natural it feels.
You feel the energy increasing.
Your skin is glowing.
And you're focused.
Your mind is much more focused.
You know exactly what you want.
And you're thriving.
And most importantly,
How do you feel within yourself?
You're confident,
Grounded,
At ease.
And you feel free.
Let that feeling expand within you.
Anchor it.
Feel it.
Own it.
Implement it.
That amazing feeling of self-empowerment.
You are in charge.
You are in the driver's seat.
You know exactly how you want to feel.
And so it is.
You are in charge.
This future is not separate from you.
It already exists as a possibility within you.
It's there for you.
Let your body memorize this state.
Let your mind connect to that state.
To that version of you.
It's there in front of you.
And gently bring this vision closer.
Closer.
Even closer.
As if it's moving toward you.
Merging with you.
Into you.
Breathe.
Feel it integrating.
Becoming part of your present self.
You don't have to become this person.
You are already this person.
Now from this place,
Briefly look at your day ahead.
See yourself moving through your day with the same energy.
Focused,
Calm and clear.
Everything flowing with ease.
You have that smile on your face.
Everything comes easily to you.
Everything is in sync and falls into place.
You attract great opportunities.
You meet with the right people at the right time.
You respond.
You don't just react.
You create.
You do not chase.
Let this intention settle into your mind and your body.
And now imagine a soft light surrounding you.
A sense of being supported.
Guided.
Held.
As you are not doing this alone.
You are never alone.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale slowly.
Begin to bring your awareness back to your body.
Be aware of this light inside of you that's always there.
Inside your heart with every heartbeat expanding.
Into every cell of your body.
Past your body.
Into your aura.
Into the universe.
Attracting just what you want.
And here you are.
The creator of your life.
You are the master.
You are the one in control.
Use it.
It's all in your mind.
It's just one thought away from becoming your reality.
Imagine that.
It's there for you.
It's in you.
Own it and use it.
Be that version.
And be happy.
Be fulfilled.
Be free.
Be abundant.
Experience that life that's yours.
Ask you to feel the surface beneath you again.
Come back slowly into the present moment here and now.
You feel your hands.
Your feet.
You can gently wiggle your fingers.
Your toes.
When you're ready,
Slowly,
You can open your eyes and carry this vision within you at all times.
Every second.
Every moment of the day.
Keep it close to you.
And make it happen.
It's already yours.
