Hello my name is Annabelle and in today's meditation I just want you to relax and receive.
This meditation is going to be spoken to you like you've woken up next to someone that you really deeply appreciate.
So get comfortable,
Take a few breaths into your heart and relax because you are so appreciated.
When I look at you it's like your soul is shining so bright I can see it in your eyes.
I can see the joy,
I can see your pain,
I can see your expression.
I love that no matter what you can't hide anything.
You are so beautiful.
You have been through so much hardness but you never let it taint who you are.
It's like the hardness has made you even softer.
Not a pushover,
There's no people pleasing,
There is just this pure kindness,
Generosity and love that you have for every person that you interact with.
You have so much empathy,
So much deep appreciation for every person you meet and that's one of the reasons I feel so lucky to be in your presence because being around you is an absolute gift.
I never take one moment of it for granted.
Whether we just share a look or I get to know more about you,
I cherish it.
I feel your warmth from your smile.
You are so incredibly interesting.
Your perspective on things is insightful.
Your continued curiosity and wanting to learn about things is something that is so attractive but my favorite thing about you,
Something that is unlike anyone else,
Is how safe you make me feel.
How when I'm with you I feel instantly like everything's gonna be okay.
Like I know that we're gonna be on the same side.
We're gonna figure it out and I don't have to do it all on my own.
I feel like no matter what you're gonna make sure I'm okay and I don't have to pretend around you because I know you can accept everything.
You make me feel like no matter what I've been through or done,
I'm not too much.
It feels like the more you get to know me the more you get to love me and accept me and care about me and I feel the exact same about you.
Every new fact and story,
Every new perspective and interest I hear,
I have more appreciation,
More understanding.
It feels like a miracle that I met you.
You really are incredible.
I'm so lucky that I have you in my life.
I know that you'll accept my past,
My present and whoever my future is.
Just like I get to accept your past,
Your present and whatever new,
Magical,
Mysterious,
Incredible version of yourself you become.
There is nothing about you that is too much or that I can't accept because I know in your soul how pure you are,
How full of love,
How every single one of your lessons from your past has made you who you are now.
I see the courage within you that means you have learned your lessons.
That with everything that has happened,
Every new event,
You chose growth,
You chose how to be better and that has made you the incredible person you are today.
