Hello,

My name is Annabelle and today we're going to be aligning ourselves with our most authentic true self.

We're going to be doing this with some chanting and a mudra.

So mudra is hand placements.

So what we're going to do is sit down,

Legs crossed and then go into a thumbs up position,

Tuck the fingers in and just place the hands on your knees.

This is called the muhudandha mudra and it helps increase our spinal flow and brings a lot of life force into our spine.

And so to pair that,

We're going to do a chanting that goes through all of the chakras,

Going through all those spinal points,

Starting at our root and going to our crown.

We're going to do this cycle a few different times.

So we're going to do each of these chants three times,

One for each chakra,

And then go through all of the chakra points three times.

So these are what the chants are,

Lam,

Bam,

Ram,

Yam,

Hang,

Am,

Om.

We're going to say each of those three times and then go through the whole sequence three times.

I know that might sound a little confusing,

But trust me,

It is simple once we get started.

So taking a seat,

Bringing your shoulders up to your ears,

Bringing them down your back,

Taking a deep breath in and exhale through your mouth.

Once more,

Fingers,

Thumbs up on your knees,

And let's start chanting together.

You can close your eyes,

You can do whatever feels right for you.
