In this 10 minute trauma-informed practice, we explore mental noting as a way to cultivate ease when feeling overwhelmed. Mental noting is a way to focus when there are many distractions or thoughts arising and can be beneficial when anxiety or tension is present. There is a short invitation to extend the exhale, to cultivate relaxation in areas of tension prior to beginning the mental noting practice, this is optional.
