In this 10-minute guided meditation, sound is used instead of words to guide participants through the practice. Various bells will sound periodically. When the bell sounds it is a reminder to come back to your selected anchor of attention. An anchor of attention is whatever you have selected to come back to it can be the sound of the bell, the physical sensation of where your body is supported, your breath as it naturally moves in and out, or something unique to you. Selecting one anchor of attention for the duration of the practice is recommended.
