Today we're going to do a heart-centered meditation.

Sit back,

Relax and start to notice your breathing.

You might want to put your hand over your heart,

Otherwise just breathe naturally.

Breathe into your heart.

Imagine loving,

Healing energy filling your heart space.

Allow your heart to soften.

Imagine giving yourself grace to receive love.

Breathe in and out,

In and out.

Slow down your breath now,

In and out.

Breathing in and out.

Now imagine your heart as a cup,

Overflowing.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Feel love radiating from your heart to the rest of your body,

To your fingers,

Your toes,

To your organs.

Feel the steady beat of love blowing through you.

Your loving heart is filling you up.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Keep breathing,

Just like that.

That's right.

Love is filling you up now.

Imagine now that you're full of loving energy.

So full that love is flowing,

Radiating out from your heart and into the field around you.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Radiating further now into your home,

Your street,

Your community.

Radiating out to family,

Friends,

People you don't know.

So much loving light.

Imagine it now,

Enveloping the world,

The wildlife,

Trees,

The planet.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Feel yourself at the center of this radiant love.

You are love.

You are peace.

Sit with this feeling.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Love flowing through and from you.

Stay here for a few moments more.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Now,

Begin to notice your breath again.

Allow your breath to bring you back into your body.

Pull the light back into your heart and seal it there with a loving intention.

Breathing normally now.

Feel your toes,

Your fingers and open your eyes and come back into the room.
