Welcome to this healing meditation.

Sit comfortably or lie down.

Make yourself comfortable.

Now,

Take three deep breaths with me.

Inhale into the belly and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Now,

Give yourself this space to relax,

Unplug and let go of any concerns you may have.

Allow yourself to relax deeply.

Let any tension in your shoulders,

Neck,

Jaw or tummy simply melt away as we invite the gently healing energy of Reiki to fill those spaces.

Gift yourself the next ten minutes just for yourself,

For your own healing.

Relax into this space.

You are safe.

You are safe.

Feel your breath slowing down now.

Reiki is a gift.

Give yourself this gift now.

Relax and simply be as we invite the Reiki energy to gently come down through our crown chakra into this space and surround us in its warm,

Loving embrace.

And when you're ready,

Let's begin.

As we relax,

You might feel a tingling or you might feel nothing at all.

There is no right or wrong.

Just know that Reiki is working for your highest and greatest good.

Reiki knows where to go and where to flow.

Just allow it to flow and balance your energy centres and energy channels within your body.

Just relax and let the sound of the waves gently take you away.

Gently drifting now.

As we come to the end of the meditation,

Gently stretch roll your shoulders and deepen your breath.

Take three deep,

Restorative breaths.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Notice if you're feeling calmer and take note of any thoughts that came up for you.
