Now imagine yourself standing beside a calm river.

Notice how the water continues flowing without force,
Without struggle,
Simply moving.
Now imagine anything heavy.
Anything overwhelming.
Anything that does not belong to you.
Being gently carried away by the river.
No force,
No fear,
Just release.
The emotions of others,
The tension.
The heaviness.
The pressure.
We do not need to hold it all.
You do not need to absorb everything to care.
Quietly repeat,
I release what is not mine.
I am allowed to protect my peace.
I return to myself.
My energy belongs to me.
I can care without carrying everything.
Now gently imagine your own energy returning to you.
From stressful moments,
Difficult conversations,
Heavy spaces,
Returning softly,
Returning safely,
Returning home to you.
Take a slow breath in and gently let it go.
