Hi,
I'm so happy you're here.
Have you ever planted a seed?
When you place it into the earth,
Nothing changes overnight.
The soil still looks the same,
The garden still looks empty,
And yet everything has already begun.
I think healing is a little like that.
Sometimes the biggest changes happen quietly.
Long before anyone can see them.
Maybe that's where you are today.
Maybe you're growing in ways no one else can see,
Including you.
If that's true,
I'm really glad you're here because today isn't about blooming.
Today's about planting.
Take one slow breath.
And allow yourself to settle.
Not because your life is perfect.
But because you've chosen to give yourself this moment.
I'd like to invite you to Sudden Intention.
Not for what you'd like to have.
But for what you'd like to grow.
Ask yourself.
What kind of life am I planting today?
Perhaps you're planting peace,
Patience,
Confidence,
Hope,
Healthy boundaries,
Forgiveness,
Or simply a softer relationship with yourself.
Whatever came to your heart,
That's your seed.
Now imagine standing in a quiet garden.
Morning light,
Fresh air.
The earth beneath your feet feels rich and welcoming.
In your hands,
You hold one tiny seed.
Your intention.
Notice how small it is,
Because the most meaningful things often begin quietly.
Kneel down.
Make a small space in the earth and gently place your intention there.
Cover it with care.
Not because you're hiding it.
But because you're protecting it.
Some things grow best before the world sees them.
Now ask yourself,
What does this seed need from me?
Maybe patience,
Rest,
Consistency,
Self-belief,
Gentleness.
Notice what comes.
Take a slow breath.
Imagine watering your little seed.
Not with water,
But with today's choices.
Every kind word you speak to yourself.
Every healthy boundary.
Every deep breath.
Every moment you choose.
Instead of fear.
Those become the rain.
You don't have to dig the seed up tomorrow to check if it's growing.
Trust the process.
Trust the seed.
Trust yourself.
Place one hand over your heart.
Quietly repeat.
I trust what is growing within me.
I trust what is growing within me.
As we finish,
Remember this.
The people who appear strong.
The people who seem peaceful.
The people who inspire you,
They all started as seeds too.
Growth was never meant to be rushed.
It was always meant to be loved.
Thank you for allowing me to sit beside you today.
Until next time.
Take care of you.
And that seed that you've created.
