Hello.
And welcome.
To your calm space.
I would like to offer you.
Five-minute break.
Let's take a moment just to arrive.
Take a nice seated position or lay down.
Or feel free to walk.
Stay in movement.
If that's what your body and your mind is calling for today.
Also feel free.
To keep a soft gaze or close your eyes if that feels comfortable.
Or simply keep your eyes open to enjoy nature if you are somewhere outside.
And now that you have arrived.
In this space.
Let's just take a moment to breathe.
Breathe consciously.
Take a nice inhale,
Expand your belly.
Inhaling through the nose if that's available to you or through the mouth if that feels more comfortable.
But just creating that sense of space in the area of the belly,
Inhaling nicely.
And gently exhaling through the nose or through the mouth.
And tucking again the navel back in.
Just repeating that for a couple of times,
Bringing your attention every time to that expansion that is created in the belly and then contraction on the exhale.
On your own rhythm.
On your own pace.
Always following your body and your mind.
Whatever they need.
Just go with the flow.
Inhaling couple more times and exhaling.
And while you consciously continue to inhale and exhale.
I invite you.
To set a little intention for yourself.
Weather it is for these five minutes.
Whether it is for whatever is to come after those five minutes.
Just allow anything that arrives to you,
Right now,
Without thinking it through too much,
Whether it's a thought,
An image.
Just allow it,
Perhaps a feeling.
And just sit with it for a moment,
Breathing in and out.
With the next exhale.
Just let go of that intention.
Allow the universe to take care of all the details for you.
And continue to breathe in and out.
Inhaling and exhaling.
And if that's available to you.
I invite you.
To help your mind perhaps.
Settle on a little phrase.
It can be quite helpful when we have a lot of thoughts.
Just to repeat.
Silence.
Or your own mantra.
I am inhaling.
And exhaling and repeating I am.
Without anything else.
Just those two words,
I am.
And every time your mind jumps to any thoughts or images.
Just coming back.
To those two words,
I am.
Just taking another few seconds.
In that space.
Inhaling and exhaling.
And repeating the mantra I AM.
Now slowly letting go of the mantra and taking a couple of more inhales and exhales on your own rhythm.
Coming back.
To a room if you were seated in an inside space.
Or just becoming more aware of the environment around you if you're somewhere outside.
And if your eyes were closed,
Slowly blinking them open.
Thank you very much for being together in those five minutes of break.
Namaste.
