Hello,
Shining soul,
And good morning.
If this is your first time here,
Welcome.
I am Solia,
A certified meditation teacher,
And I am so grateful to be guiding you today.
Allow yourself to simply be present in this moment.
This space is for spiritual women seeking gentle healing through guided meditations and affirmations.
And if this meditation feels supportive for you,
Consider adding it to your morning playlist so you can return to this practice whenever you need a gentle reminder to quiet your mind,
Soften self-blame,
And come back to yourself.
You can return here whenever you need a few peaceful moments to breathe,
Reflect and begin again.
For now,
Give yourself permission to simply arrive.
When you're ready,
Softly close your eyes.
Place your hands gently on your knees or rest them in your lap.
Whichever feels most comfortable for you.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
And gently release through your mouth or nose,
Whichever feels best.
Again.
Breathe in slowly.
And exhale completely.
Allow your shoulders to soften Relax your forehead.
Unclench your jaw.
Let your muscles become soft and allow your body to settle.
There is nothing you need to solve right now.
Nothing you need to prove,
Nothing you need to fix.
For these next few moments,
You simply get to be.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Notice the air moving in.
And moving out.
You don't need to control your breathing,
Simply notice it.
With every inhale,
Invite in softness.
With every exhale,
Release a little tension.
Inhale softness.
.
.
Exhale,
Release.
Again,
Inhale,
I am here.
Exhale,
I can let go.
Allow yourself to become more present with each breath.
Sometimes the mind can become very loud.
It may replay conversations,
Remember mistakes,
Wonder what you could have done differently.
It may ask,
Why did I say that?
Why didn't I know better?
Why didn't I do more?
Why did I let that happen?
If your mind has been carrying questions like these,
You don't have to push them away.
Simply notice them.
And then gently remind yourself,
I don't have to solve the past right now.
The past has already happened,
And this moment is here.
Feel the breath moving through your body.
Feel yourself sitting or lying here.
Notice the support beneath you You are here.
You are present.
And you are allowed to rest.
Now bring your awareness to any part of yourself you've been blaming.
Perhaps it's something recent.
Perhaps it's something from years ago.
Perhaps it's something you still wish you could change.
You don't need to force yourself to forgive anything right now.
Simply allow yourself to acknowledge,
This hurt me.
I wish things had been different.
I wish I had known then what I know now.
Take a gentle breath and consider this.
.
.
You made the best choices you could with awareness,
Resources,
Emotions,
And understanding you had at that time.
You were learning,
You were growing,
You were human.
You don't have to excuse what happened.
You don't have to pretend it didn't matter.
You can simply choose not to punish yourself forever for being human.
If it feels comfortable,
Gently bring one or both hands to your heart.
Feel your hands resting here.
Feel the warmth beneath your palms.
Take a slow breath.
And imagine speaking to yourself with tenderness,
Not as your critic,
Not as someone judging you,
But as someone who loves you deeply.
Soundly say or simply listen.
I am listening.
I see that I have been hurting.
I don't need to hurt myself anymore.
I am willing to be gentle with myself.
I am willing to understand myself.
I am willing to begin again.
Take a slow breath in.
And release.
Self-blame can sometimes feel like a way of holding onto the past.
As though being hard on yourself could somehow change what happened.
But you don't have to punish yourself to prove that you care.
You don't have to suffer forever to show that you regret something.
You can learn,
You can grow,
You can make different choices,
And you can move forward.
Imagine placing the weight of self-blame down beside you.
You don't have to carry it through this morning.
You don't have to carry it into every conversation.
You don't have to carry it into every new relationship.
You don't have to carry it into the person you are becoming.
Breathe in.
.
.
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to loosen your grip.
Receive each affirmation as a gentle truth returning to you.
You don't need to force belief.
Simply allow the words to settle in.
You can repeat them silently or simply listen.
There is no right or wrong way to do this.
I am learning to forgive myself.
I release a need to punish myself.
I am allowed to learn from my past.
My mistakes do not define my worth.
I am more than the things I wish I had done differently.
I give myself permission to grow.
I give myself permission to change.
I can learn without shaming myself.
I can take responsibility without carrying hatred toward myself.
I choose compassion over self-criticism.
I am worthy of my own forgiveness.
I am worthy of peace.
Now imagine waking up tomorrow morning and hearing your inner critic begin.
Perhaps it says,
You should have done better.
You should have known better.
You always make mistakes.
You are not enough.
Instead of arguing with that voice,
Simply breathe.
And respond with something kinder.
I am learning.
I am human.
I can do better without hating who I was.
I can grow without tearing myself down.
I can acknowledge my mistakes and still love myself.
I can hold myself accountable with compassion.
I am allowed to move forward.
Imagine standing at the beginning of a new day.
The past is behind you.
The future has not happened yet.
And right here,
There is this moment.
This breath.
This morning.
This opportunity to begin again.
You don't have to erase your past to create a beautiful future.
You can carry the wisdom without carrying the shame.
You can remember what you've learned without constantly reliving what hurt you.
You can honor the woman you were while loving the woman you are becoming.
Take another slow breath.
And repeat silently or simply listen.
I am worthy of love,
Even when I make mistakes.
I am worthy of peace.
I choose to speak kindly to myself.
I release harsh judgment.
I let go of what I cannot change.
I focus on what I can choose today.
I trust myself to learn.
I trust myself to grow.
I trust myself to begin again.
I am becoming more gentle with myself every day.
Choose love over blame.
I choose peace over punishment.
I choose presence over regret.
Now let the affirmations become quiet.
Let the words settle.
You don't need to think about them.
Simply breathe.
Notice your body.
Notice your breath.
Notice the stillness beneath your thoughts.
If a thought appears,
Let it pass like a wave in the ocean.
If a memory appears,
Let it pass.
If an emotion appears,
Allow it to be here.
You don't have to judge it.
You don't have to fix it.
You can simply breathe through it.
You are learning that peace doesn't require everything in your life to be perfect.
Peace can begin how you speak to yourself.
Now begin to imagine yourself moving through this day.
Perhaps something doesn't go according to plan.
Perhaps you make a small mistake.
Perhaps someone misunderstands you.
Perhaps you forget something.
And instead of immediately blaming yourself,
You pause,
You breathe,
And you say,
I am human.
I can handle this with compassion.
I can learn from this.
I don't have to turn one moment into a judgment about my entire life.
You You can choose a different response.
You can be your own safe place.
Imagine a soft golden morning light surrounding you.
Let it represent compassion.
Let it represent forgiveness.
Let it represent the possibility of beginning again.
With every breath,
Imagine that light gently dissolving the heaviness you've been carrying.
You don't have to carry yesterday into today.
You can take the lesson and leave the punishment behind.
Take the wisdom and release the shame.
Keep the growth and let the self blame soften.
You are allowed to move forward.
You are allowed to experience joy.
You are allowed to love yourself.
You are allowed to live.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in and out.
And gently release.
Repeat silently or simply listen.
I forgive myself.
I accept myself.
I am learning.
I am growing.
I am worthy.
I am love.
I release what I cannot change.
I welcome peace into this moment.
I choose compassion.
I choose love.
I choose to be present.
I am allowed to begin again.
Take one beautiful breath in.
.
.
And slowly release.
You Begin bringing awareness back to your body.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Notice the surface beneath you.
And when you're ready.
Slowly open your eyes.
Welcome back shining soul.
Carry this gentleness with you into your morning and remember,
You do not have to punish yourself for who you were to become who you were meant to be.
You can simply keep growing,
One breath,
One moment,
One loving choice at a time.
Stay shining.
.
.
You are loved.
