Hello Shining Soul,
And good morning.
If this is your first time here,
Welcome.
I am Solia,
A certified meditation teacher,
And I am so grateful to be guiding you today.
Allow yourself to simply be present in this moment.
This space is for spiritual women seeking gentle healing through guided meditations and affirmations.
Before we begin,
This practice was created to be returned to.
Inner child healing is not a one time event.
It is a gentle,
Ongoing journey.
If this meditation serves you,
I encourage you to save it and come back to it as often as you need.
You deserve this time.
You deserve this healing.
Find a comfortable position wherever you are right now.
Place your hands gently on your knees,
Or rest them in your lap.
Allow your back to soften.
Let your face melt into ease by relaxing your jaw.
Your forehead.
And if you haven't yet,
Slowly close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
And a long,
Releasing breath out through your nose or mouth,
Whichever is most comfortable for you.
And again,
Breathe in deeply.
.
.
And release,
Letting your body grow heavier and softer with every exhale.
This morning we are going somewhere tender and sacred.
We are going inward.
To the part of you that has always been there,
Quietly waiting to be seen,
To be held,
To be loved.
Your inner child.
Before anything else,
We create safety.
Because healing cannot happen in a hurry.
It cannot be forced or rushed.
It happens slowly.
Gently,
In spaces that feel safe enough to be real.
So let's create that space together right now.
Feel the ground beneath you,
Solid and steady.
Feel the air around you,
Calm and still.
You are safe here.
Nothing is asked of you in this moment except to simply be.
If it feels right,
Place one hand gently over your heart.
Feel it beating,
Steady,
Faithful,
Present.
This heart has loved you since the very beginning,
Even when you forgot to love yourself.
And when you're ready,
Gently release your hand back.
Take another grounding breath in.
And release.
Receive each affirmation as a gentle truth returning to you.
You don't need to force belief.
Simply allow the words to settle in.
I am safe right now,
In this moment.
I am allowed to take up space.
I am allowed to feel whatever I feel.
I create safety within myself.
My body is a safe home for me to live in.
I am grounded,
Protected and held.
It is safe for me to heal.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
I want you to imagine for a moment a younger version of yourself.
Perhaps she is 5 years old or 8 or 12.
Whatever age comes to mind,
Trust it.
See her clearly,
This little girl.
Notice what she is wearing,
The expression on her face.
Perhaps she's happy.
Perhaps she looks afraid.
Perhaps she carries a quietness that even then felt too heavy for someone so young.
Whatever you see,
Simply be with her.
She doesn't need you to fix anything right now.
She just needs to know you are here.
And you are here.
You came back for her.
Repeat silently or simply listen.
I see you little me.
I have not forgotten you.
" You are always worthy of love.
You did not deserve the pain you carried.
None of what happened was your fault.
You were always enough even when you were told otherwise.
I am here now and I will not leave you.
You are saved with me.
Take a slow breath in.
And a long releasing breath out.
So many of us grew up carrying things that were never ours to carry.
Perhaps words were spoken that left marks.
Perhaps love felt conditional or absent or confusing.
Perhaps you learned early on that you had to be smaller,
Quieter,
Easier to be accepted.
And that little girl adapted.
She did what she needed to do to survive.
She was so brave even when no one told her so.
Today we begin to set those old stories down.
Not because what happened didn't matter.
But because you deserve to be free from the weight of it.
Forgiveness is not saying that what happened was okay.
Forgiveness is choosing yourself,
Choosing your peace,
Choosing to no longer let the past define what you believe about yourself.
Repeat silently or simply listen.
I release the pain of my past with love and compassion.
I forgive those who did not know how to love me the way I needed.
I forgive myself for the ways I have been unkind to myself.
I am willing to let go of old wounds that no longer serve me.
I release a belief that I am not enough.
I release a belief that I am unlovable.
I am free to begin again,
Right here,
Right now.
Gently bring your awareness back to your body.
Notice how you feel right now.
Perhaps there is some emotion present and that is okay,
That is healing moving through you.
Simply breathe into it without judgment,
Without trying to push it away.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Let your jaw release Let your hands rest open and easy on your knees or on your laps.
You are doing beautifully.
This is brave work.
Take a deep breath in.
.
.
And a long slow breath out.
Sit still with your breath for a moment.
Part of inner child healing is learning to become the loving parent to yourself that you may not have had.
To speak to yourself with the gentleness you deserved as a child.
To comfort yourself when you are scared instead of criticizing yourself for feeling fear.
To celebrate your growth instead of only seeing your shortcomings.
To tell yourself again and again that you are loved,
That you are safe,
That you belong.
You are learning to do that now.
Every time you choose kindness over self-criticism.
Every time you rest instead of push through.
Every time you honor your own feelings.
You are reparenting that little girl within you.
Your breaking cycles.
And she is so grateful.
Repeat silently or simply listen in.
I am learning to be gentle with myself.
I speak to myself with kindness and patience.
I comfort myself in moments of fear and uncertainty.
I celebrate how far I have come.
I give myself the love I always deserved.
I am my own safe place.
I am proud of the woman I am becoming.
Take a slow breath in.
And release.
You are not broken.
You have never been broken.
You are a woman who experienced pain and who is choosing today to heal from it.
That is one of the most powerful things a person can do.
Your inner child does not need to be fixed.
She needs to be loved.
She needs to know that she is welcome here,
In this body,
In this life,
Exactly as she is.
And you are the one who gets to give her that.
So take a moment now and imagine wrapping your arms around that little girl.
Hold her close,
Let her feel your warmth,
Hug her tight.
And whisper to her,
You are safe now.
I've got you.
You are loved.
Repeat silently or simply listen.
I am whole exactly as I am.
I carry both my wounds and my wisdom with grace.
I am healing more and more with every passing day.
I welcome all parts of myself home.
I love the little girl I was and the woman I am becoming.
I am enough.
I have always been enough.
I am whole,
I am healed,
I am loved.
If you feel comfortable,
Gently give yourself a hug.
Hold yourself with tenderness and remind yourself that it's ok to heal slowly.
You are safe to feel,
Safe to rest and safe to take your time.
And as you hold yourself here.
Remember,
Healing is messy,
But it is worth it.
Slowly rest your hands back on your knees or lap.
Repeat silently or simply listen.
I begin this day rooted in self-love and compassion.
I carry my inner child with me gently and lovingly.
I choose healing over hiding.
I am deserving of a beautiful,
Peaceful,
Joyful life.
I am loved by the deepest parts of myself.
I am whole,
I am free,
I am enough.
You have done something profound for yourself today.
You showed up for the little girl within you.
You held space for healing.
You chose love over pain.
That is not a small thing.
That is everything.
Carry her with you gently as you move into your day.
Let her know she is welcome.
Let her know she is safe.
Let her know she is so deeply,
Completely loved.
Now take one final deep breath in.
And let it go completely.
Begin to gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Slowly bring awareness back into the room around you Take your time,
There is no rush.
And when you're ready,
In your own time,
Slowly open your eyes.
Welcome back shining soul.
You are loved and so is the little girl within you.
Stay shining.
You are loved.
