Hello shining soul and good morning.
If this is your first time here,
Welcome!
I am Celia,
A certified meditation teacher,
And I am so grateful to be guiding you today.
Allow yourself to simply be present in this moment.
This space is for spiritual women seeking gentle healing through guided meditations and affirmations.
And if this meditation feels supportive for you,
Consider adding it to your morning playlist so you can return to this practice whenever you need a gentle reminder that you don't have to be perfect to be worthy of love.
You can simply come back here,
Press play,
And give yourself these few moments to breathe,
Soften,
And begin again.
Now when you're ready,
Softly close your eyes.
Place your hands gently on your knees.
Or rest them in your lap,
Whichever feels most comfortable for you.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently exhale.
Again,
Breathe in slowly.
And release.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Relax your forehead.
You don't want to clench your jaw.
Let your body settle.
There is nothing you need to accomplish during this meditation.
There is nowhere you need to get to.
For these next few moments,
You simply get to be.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Notice the gentle movement of your body as you breathe in and out.
And out.
You don't need to change your breath.
You don't need to make it perfect.
Simply notice it.
Notice how often the mind wants to improve something.
Perhaps your thoughts,
Your appearance,
Your productivity,
Your relationships,
Your life.
And today we are practicing something different.
Today you don't have to improve anything.
You don't have to fix anything.
You don't have to become a better version of yourself before you can feel worthy.
You are allowed to meet yourself exactly where you are.
Take another slow breath in.
And as you exhale release the pressure to have everything figured out.
Perhaps you've spent moments comparing where you are to where you thought you'd be by now.
Maybe you've looked at someone else's life and wondered why your journey doesn't look the same.
Maybe you've been hard on yourself for making mistakes,
For moving slowly,
For changing your mind.
For not knowing what comes next.
If any of this feels familiar,
Take a gentle breath.
And remind yourself.
I am human.
I am learning.
I am growing.
And I am allowed to be a work in progress.
You do not have to have a perfect morning.
You don't have to have a perfect mindset.
You don't have to feel positive every moment.
You are allowed to simply begin.
If it feels comfortable,
Gently bring one or both hands to your heart.
You Feel the warmth of your hands.
Feel your breath moving beneath them.
And imagine speaking to yourself with the same compassion you would offer someone you deeply love.
Say silently to yourself.
I am here for you.
I am listening to you.
I am learning to be gentle with you.
I don't need you to be perfect.
I love you as you are.
Take a slow breath in.
And exhale.
Now I'll guide you through a series of affirmations.
You can repeat each one silently or simply listen and allow the words to settle in within you.
I am enough exactly as I am.
I don't have to be perfect to be worthy.
I release the need to compare myself to others.
My journey is my own.
I honor the pace of my growth.
I allow myself to make mistakes.
Mistakes do not make me less worthy.
I am learning something new every day.
I give myself permission to grow slowly.
I celebrate my progress.
I am proud of how far I've come.
I choose progress over perfection.
Bring your awareness back to your breath.
Imagine yourself standing at the beginning of a beautiful path.
You don't need to see the entire path.
You don't need to know where every turn will lead.
You only need to take the next step.
One step,
One breath.
One moment.
That is enough.
Sometimes progress is obvious.
And sometimes progress looks like resting.
Sometimes progress looks like saying no.
Sometimes it looks like trying again.
Sometimes it looks like forgiving yourself.
Sometimes progress is simply getting out of bed and choosing to begin again.
You don't have to prove that you're growing.
You don't have to make your healing look beautiful.
You don't have to rush your transformation.
You are already on your way.
Now bring your awareness to the center of your chest.
Imagine a warm,
Gentle light glowing within you.
With every breath,
Allow that light to grow.
Not because you need to become someone else.
But because you are remembering your own inner worth.
Confidence doesn't mean never making mistakes.
Confidence can simply mean trusting yourself enough to keep going.
It can mean knowing that even when something doesn't go according to plan.
You'll be there for yourself.
You can trust yourself to learn.
You can trust yourself to adapt.
You can trust yourself to begin again.
Repeat silently.
I trust myself.
I believe in myself.
I am capable of handling life's imperfect moments.
I don't need perfection to move forward.
I am becoming more confident in who I am.
Now notice if there's a part of you that tends to criticize you.
Perhaps it tells you,
You should be doing more.
You should be further along.
You should look different.
You should know more.
You should have it all together.
You don't need to fight that growth.
You don't need to judge yourself for having it.
Simply notice it.
And let it become quieter.
Imagine replacing those harsh words with something softer.
Instead of,
I should be further along.
Say.
I am exactly where I need to be in this moment.
Instead of,
I'm not doing enough,
Say.
.
.
I am doing what I can and that is enough for today.
Instead of,
I have to get everything right,
Say,
I'm allowed to learn as I go.
Instead of I am NOT enough say I am worthy simply because I am me.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Let those words settle.
For a few moments,
Simply rest here.
No affirmations,
No effort,
No fixing.
Just breathing.
Notice the support beneath your body.
Notice the air around you.
Notice your breath.
You are here.
You are present.
You are alive.
And right now,
You are enough.
You don't need to earn your worth.
You don't need to achieve your way into self-love.
You don't need to become perfect before you are deserving of kindness.
You can love yourself while you are learning.
You can love yourself while you're healing.
You can love yourself while you're figuring things out.
Suddenly repeat after me.
I accept myself.
I forgive myself for the times I've been too hard on myself.
I release unrealistic expectations.
I give myself permission to be human.
I am worthy of my best days.
I am worthy on my difficult days.
I am worthy when I succeed.
I am worthy when I make mistakes.
My worth does not change.
I choose compassion over criticism.
I choose Presence over Pressure.
I choose Progress over Perfection.
I am becoming and I am already enough.
Now begin to imagine yourself moving through your day.
See yourself taking one small step at a time.
You don't need to accomplish everything today.
You don't need to have the perfect plan.
You simply need to stay connected to yourself.
When something doesn't go as planned,
Breathe.
When you make a mistake,
Breathe.
When you start comparing yourself,
Breathe.
When your inner critic becomes loud.
And gently return to this truth.
I don't have to be perfect.
I simply have to be present.
I can meet this day with love.
Imagine the morning sunlight gently entering your space.
Feel the warmth on your skin.
You Let the light represent a new beginning.
Not a perfect beginning,
Just a new one.
You don't need to reinvent yourself today.
You don't need to become someone completely new.
You can simply take the person you are and treat her with more love.
Let that love move with you throughout your day.
Into your thoughts.
Into your choices,
Into the way you speak to yourself.
Into the way you allow yourself to rest.
Into the way you allow yourself to grow.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently release.
Repeat silently.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am love.
I trust my journey.
I honor my progress.
And release perfection.
I choose love.
I choose peace.
I choose to be present.
And I remind myself.
I don't have to be perfect.
I simply have to be me.
Take one final,
Beautiful breath in.
And slowly release.
Begin to bring awareness back to your body.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Notice the space around you.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Welcome back,
Shining soul.
Carry the softness with you into your morning.
Stay shining.
You are loved.
