Hello shining soul and good morning.
If this is your first time here,
A welcome.
I am Solia,
A certified meditation teacher and I am so grateful to be guiding you today.
Allow yourself to simply be present in this moment.
Before we begin,
If this practice speaks to your heart,
I want to encourage you to save this video and return to it whenever you are standing at the edge of something new.
New beginnings can feel scary and that is okay.
Let this be a gentle reminder that you are never alone in that feeling.
Come back to this as often as you need.
Find a comfortable position wherever you are right now.
And let your hands rest open in your lap or to the side.
Allow your back to soften,
Let your face melt into ease,
Your jaw,
Your forehead.
And if you haven't yet,
Slowly close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
And a long releasing breath out through your mouth or nose,
Whichever feels most comfortable for you.
And again,
Breathe in deeply.
And release,
Letting your body grow heavier and softer with every exhale.
This morning,
We are making room for something new.
Not by pretending that fear isn't there.
But by gently acknowledging it.
And choosing to take one soft step forward anyway.
New beginnings are beautiful and they can also feel terrifying.
Whether you are starting something new in your career,
In a relationship,
In your healing journey,
Or simply trying to become a newer,
Truer version of yourself.
Fear has a way of showing up uninvited.
It whispers things like,
What if I fail?
What if I'm not ready?
What if things don't work out the way I hope?
And today,
We are not going to fight those whispers.
We are going to sit with them gently,
Acknowledge them with compassion,
And then slowly,
Lovingly,
Begin to let them go.
Because fear is not your enemy.
It is simply a part of you that needs reassurance.
And today,
We offer it exactly that.
Let's arrive fully in the body now.
Notice the rise and fall of your chest.
The gentle rhythm of your breathing.
Your body is here,
Present,
Safe.
Focus on the rise and fall of your breath.
Feel the cold air enter through your nose as you inhale.
And feel the warmth exiting as you exhale.
Take one more grounding breath in.
And release.
Receive each affirmation as a gentle truth returning to you.
You don't need to force-believe.
Simply allow the words to settle in.
It is okay to feel afraid of what is ahead.
My fear does not mean I am not ready.
I acknowledge my fear with compassion and without judgment.
I am allowed to feel uncertain and still move forward.
My feelings are valid and I honor them gently.
Fear is not the truth of who I am.
I am safe even in the midst of the unknown.
Change is a new adventure.
Take a few breaths here.
Fear thrives in the future.
It lives in the what ifs and the maybes and the worst case scenarios our minds create.
Right here.
In this present moment,
You are okay.
You are safe.
Right here,
You are breathing,
You are held.
The future has not happened yet and you do not need to carry it right now.
All that is asked of you in this moment is to simply be here,
To breathe,
To trust.
So let's gently begin to release what we have been holding onto.
Imagine for a moment that your fear has a shape,
A color,
A wing.
With each inhale you acknowledge your fear with compassion.
And with each exhale you release it a little bit.
Breathe in.
Acknowledgement.
And breathe out,
Letting a little of that fear leave your body with your breath.
Again,
Breathe in compassion.
And breathe out,
Releasing,
Softening,
Letting go.
Silently repeat or simply listen.
I release fear and welcome peace into my body.
I let go of what I cannot control.
I trust the process of my life unfolding.
I release the need to know exactly how things will work out.
I choose to pray through the unknown instead of fighting it.
I am releasing fear with every breath I take.
I am lighter,
I am freer,
I am at peace.
Take a slow breath in.
And release.
New beginnings require courage,
And courage does not mean the absence of fear.
Courage means feeling the fear and choosing to step forward anyway.
Think for a moment about everything you have already walked through in your life.
Every moment you thought you couldn't handle.
Every season that felt too heavy.
Every time you weren't sure you would make it through.
And yet,
Here you are.
You made it through every single one.
That is not luck.
That is strength.
That is resilience.
That is simply you.
And that same strength that carried you through everything behind you is the exact same strength that will carry you through everything ahead.
Soundly repeat or simply listen.
I am ready for new beginnings,
Even if I feel scared.
I step forward with courage and an open heart.
New beginnings are an invitation to grow into who I am becoming.
I welcome change as a sign that life is moving in my favor.
I am supported by life as I step into the new.
Something beautiful is waiting for me on the other side of fear.
Gently bring your awareness back to your body.
Notice how you feel right now compared to when you first sat down.
Perhaps a little lighter.
A little more open.
Allow your shoulders to drop just a little more.
Let your jaw soften.
Let your hands rest open and easy in your lap or sides.
Feel the ground beneath you,
Supporting you.
Holding you as you step into something new.
Take a deep breath in.
And a long slow breath out.
I begin this new chapter with faith over fear.
I am exactly where I need to be right now.
I release the past with gratitude and embrace what is ahead.
I am open to the beautiful possibilities that await me.
I move forward gently,
Bravely,
And with love in my heart.
I am new.
I am free.
I am ready.
You have done something courageous today.
You sat with your fear,
You honored it and you chose to release it with love.
That it's not a small thing,
That it's the beginning of everything.
Whatever new beginning is waiting for you.
Know that you're more ready than you feel,
More capable than you believe,
More supported than you realize.
Step into your day gently,
Carry this peace with you and trust that life is always moving you towards something good.
Now take one final deep breath in.
And let it go completely.
Begin to gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Slowly bring your awareness back into the room around you.
Take your time.
There is no rush.
And when you're ready,
In your own time,
Slowly open your eyes.
Welcome back shining soul,
Something beautiful is waiting for you and you are ready.
Stay shining.
You are loved.
