I'm so glad that you're here today we're going to embark on a dance journey to enhance our body awareness and establish a deeper connection with our bodies.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable space where we can move freely.
First let's start with a gentle warm-up to prepare our bodies.
Stand with your feet hip width apart and take a few deep breaths to center yourself begin by rolling your shoulders forward and backward allowing any tension to release i usually do three forward and three backwards and then gently roll your neck from side to side loosening up any stiffness let's do that for three times you can be gentle and slow as you do this next shake out your arms and legs to awaken your muscles shake it out shake it out shake shake shake awesome now let's do a body scan to bring our attention to different parts of our body start by standing tall with your feet rooted to the ground begin at the top of your head and slowly move your focus down paying attention to each body part as you go notice how each part feels any areas of tension or any sensations that arise take your time and be present in the moment next we'll engage in movement exploration to deepen our connection with our bodies start by swaying gently from side to side allowing your body to respond intuitively to any music that you have put on if you don't have any music on i recommend you pause this right now and go put on some nice music while you listen to my guided voice let your arms and legs follow the rhythm exploring different ranges of motion don't worry about getting the steps right this is all about expressing yourself and feeling the music as we continue let's bring our focus to our breath take deep breaths in and out allowing your breath to guide your movements with each inhale expand your body and reach out and with each exhale release and soften let your breath and movement flow together creating a harmonious dance between your body and breath to wrap up our dance session let's come back to stillness and take a moment to appreciate our bodies stand tall close your eyes if you'd like and express gratitude for the incredible vessel that carries you through life take a final deep breath in and out and when you're ready slowly open your eyes i hope this dance session helped you connect with your body and cultivate body awareness dancing is a beautiful way to express yourself and tap into your inner rhythm it nourishes the mind-body-spirit connection feel free to explore my other sessions on my channel and explore different styles and movements that resonate with you please be sure to click the bell icon so you're notified when the next session drops if you are listening on youtube and please give it a like thumbs up share comment and follow my channel and i will see you in another session take care bye you
