Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax.

Take a few deep breaths,

Allowing your body to settle into a calm state.

Close your eyes and imagine a warm,

Healing light surrounding your entire body,

With a special focus on your back.

Visualize this light penetrating deep into the affected areas,

Soothing and healing any pain or discomfort.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Become aware of your emotions or thoughts connected to your back pain.

Acknowledge them without judgment and allow yourself to release any tension or negativity associated with them.

Now envision a gentle stream of healing energy flowing directly into your back.

Picture this energy moving through your spine,

Bringing relief and promoting healing.

While maintaining this visualization,

Repeat positive affirmations such as,

My back is strong and healthy.

My back is strong and healthy.

I release any pain and embrace healing.

I am worthy and deserving of love and support from the universe and life.

I am worthy and deserving of love and support from the universe and life.

Feel the truth and power behind these affirmations as you say them.

As you continue to focus on your breath and repeat these affirmations,

Imagine your back becoming lighter and freer with each exhale.

Visualize any pain or tension melting away,

Replaced by a sense of ease and well-being.

Let's repeat these three affirmations again.

My back is strong and healthy.

My back is strong and healthy.

I release any pain and embrace healing.

I release any pain and embrace healing.

I am worthy and deserving of love and support from the universe and life.

I am worthy and deserving of love and support from the universe and life.

Take a few moments to bask in this healing energy,

Allowing it to fully permeate your back and body.

Express gratitude for the healing process and the strength within you.

When you're ready,

Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Gently open your eyes and take a moment to stretch and move your body.

Your mind plays a vital role in helping your body heal physically.

There's a strong power in the mind to heal any and all chronic physical problems and conditions.

Mind-body healing works with the mind-body connection,

Recognizing that our thoughts and emotions can impact our physical well-being.

This is why it's important to explore any emotional or mental factors that might be contributing to your back pain.

Louise believed that chronic back pain might be related to these emotional and mental factors,

Which I have personally used to heal myself of my back pain.

Back pain can be associated with feelings of lack of support,

Feeling burdened,

Or carrying emotional weight.

Addressing these underlying emotional issues and adopting positive affirmations could help in healing the pain.

You can consider journaling,

Therapy,

And or meditation to address and release any underlying stress or negative emotions.

Use positive affirmations to reframe your perspective on your back pain.

Repeating the affirmations that we practiced in this session can help you heal your pain.

Telling your subconscious mind that I am capable of healing and finding relief is very important.

Believing in the power of your mind to influence your body's healing process,

Because we all have the power within us to take care of our bodies inside and out.

As Dr.

Joe Dispenza teaches,

Visualization is also important.

Visualizing your back as healthy and pain-free.

Many other pioneers like Bob Proctor and Wayne Dyer and other practitioners and believers of the law of attraction and the laws of the universe also stand by this natural healing process of the mind-body connection.

Closing your eyes,

Imagining your back in a state of perfect health and feeling the sensations of comfort and ease can really help you.

Using your imagination for good rather than for negative.

Combining visualization with deep breathing and relaxation techniques can really help.

Holistic approaches that we discuss in our sessions help address imbalances in the body and promote overall well-being through energy healing.

Last thing I'd like to leave you with is movement and exercise.

Engaging in gentle exercises and stretches like gentle yoga for lower back pain can promote back strength and flexibility.

And that's something that also really helped me in my healing journey.

I hope this session was helpful for you.

Take care and I hope you find relief from your chronic back pain soon.

Thank you for tuning in.
