Good morning,
Beautiful soul.
Today we begin by checking in with the heart.
And we're doing this before the world asks anything from it.
So let's begin.
I want you to place one hand over your heart and one hand over your stomach and take a moment to get comfortable whether you're sitting,
Lying down,
Or whatever position is most comfortable for you.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Now with one hand over our heart and another over our stomach,
I want to start with taking a couple breaths.
When we take these breaths,
We want to inhale through the nose and then exhale through the mouth.
Let's begin.
Inhale with me.
And exhale.
One more time,
Trying to go deeper this time.
Let's inhale through our nose.
And release.
Now I want you to imagine there is a soft green light.
And this green light is fully filling your chest.
This light is warm,
Gentle,
And healing.
And we're not forcing anything to open here.
We're just simply softening enough to let what has been heavy release.
So if there is any emotions here this morning,
We want to let it be there but without any judgment.
Sometimes we can carry things longer than we realize.
Sometimes we carry a conversation,
A disappointment,
A fear,
Or sometimes even a quiet sadness.
But today,
You do not need to push those feelings away.
You only need to breathe with kindness and let the rest happen naturally.
So we're going to take a moment here to settle in.
Maybe shuffle through those feelings.
And after we take some time,
We're going to do some affirmations.
So let's do that now.
Let's focus on those feelings.
And when I return,
We'll begin the affirmations to gently start letting them go.
And you can repeat these affirmations in your mind or out loud,
Whatever is most comfortable for you.
I allow healing to begin gently.
I soften what I no longer need to hold onto.
My heart deserves gentleness.
My heart deserves peace.
Now,
I want you to focus on that green light.
And I want you to feel it moving through your shoulders now.
It's moving across your chest,
Into your neck,
And into the upper back.
Now,
That it's fully encumbering the chest cavity,
I want you to feel how it's softening that hidden tension that you're holding onto.
Let this green light fill your chest and your heart.
Fully.
Let it slowly remove all those emotions that you've been holding onto so tightly.
Feel your muscles releasing that tension.
Now,
I want you to focus on your heart.
Our heart is the most powerful energy circuit in our entire body.
And I want you to tell your heart that it is safe.
You are in a safe place.
And all those emotions that you held onto within your heart no longer serves you.
Your heart is now free.
And your heart can now move with purpose in the way that it was intended to.
Now,
I want you to take a moment and think about an intention that you want to move with.
Today,
For this week,
For the next few days.
This month,
Or even for this year.
Take some time to decide what that intention is for you.
It could be just to love more.
It could be to let go of things more easily.
Or,
It could be to love yourself more authentically.
Whatever this intention is for you,
I want you to take a moment and focus on what that intention is and how that intention will feel once it's being applied to your life.
Now,
Take a deep breath with me.
We're going to inhale and fill our heart with that intention and that green light once again.
And when we release,
We will release everything that we no longer need to hold onto.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Now,
You should feel a bit lighter.
Your heart should feel a bit fuller.
And,
When you are ready,
You can slowly begin to bring yourself back to awareness.
You can do this by wiggling your toes,
Wiggling your fingers.
Just start to become aware of the room around you.
And when you're ready,
You may open your eyes.

Release those emotions,
