Good morning,
Beautiful soul.
Before the day fills your mind with tasks,
Conversations,
And responsibilities,
Let's create a space just for us first.
I want you to sit comfortably,
Allow your shoulders to fully soften,
Let your jaw relax,
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes gently.
Now we're going to start our day with taking a couple slow breaths,
And we will begin that now.
Remember to breathe in through our nose and fully exhale through our mouth.
Let's do that now.
Breathe in with me,
And exhale fully.
Again,
Inhale slowly,
And release.
One more time with me now.
Inhale,
And exhale fully.
Now I want you to imagine that above your head is a soft white light that's beginning to gather.
This white light is calm,
Clear,
Quiet,
And pure.
And as it's gathering above your head,
It's slowly getting bigger.
Now I want you to imagine that this white light is beginning to enter through the crown of your head.
It's moving gently and slowly throughout your mind,
Across your forehead,
Around your temples,
And behind your eyes.
This light is fully filling your mind,
And any mental heaviness is now loosening.
Those thoughts that do not need our immediate attention can now soften.
Any lingering stress,
Any unfinished thoughts,
Any overthinking or spiraling.
That mental noise that we create,
I want you to allow all of it to begin to drift further away from you.
Now is not the time to clarity.
You just simply need to create room for it to return.
Now that we've created that space,
I want you to repeat this after me.
Now you may say this in your mind or out loud,
Whatever you are most comfortable with.
My mind is allowed to soften.
Clarity returns naturally to me.
I do not need to carry every thought right now.
Now I want you to imagine that this white light is brightening around your head.
Not only is it filling your mind completely,
But now this light is moving outside of your head,
Fully surrounding and fully supporting your head.
This light is soft.
It's clear and peaceful.
And I want you to become aware of your breath.
I want you to notice how your breathing changes when the mind feels less crowded.
And you do not need to control your breathing at this point.
We're just noticing it.
But I want you to focus on what softens when the inner pressure leaves.
Now take one deeper breath with me.
And as we do this,
We're going to allow the light to remain within us.
Inhale and exhale.
Fully letting that light move throughout your mind and around your head.
Feel it softening behind your eyes,
Your temples and fully relaxing your forehead.
Let's take another breath.
Inhale with me.
And exhale.
Now I want to take a couple minutes here just to focus on how clear we feel and to really let this calmness fully set in.
Now today,
When you're going about your day,
You are fully ready to face it with clarity.
You are ready to face it with focus.
And you are ready to take on the day as your best self.
So when you're ready,
I want you to slowly return to awareness throughout your body.
Maybe wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
Feel the room around you.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes gently.
Now when you go forth with your day to day,
I want you to remember that that light remains with you.
And if thoughts start to flood in,
And your thoughts may spiral,
You may feel overwhelmed.
I want you to remember that you carry this light with you.
And at any moment,
You can return to this feeling of peace and clarity.
