Find a comfortable position in which to sit for this period.
As you allow your eyes to gently close,
Tune into your body and make any minor adjustments.
It can be helpful to remember our intentions on both ease and awareness.
Sit in a way that feels comfortable but alert.
We will start with a few minutes of concentration practice,
Just to help our minds settle and arrive in our present time experience.
As you allow the body to resume to natural breathing,
See where in the body you can feel the breath.
It may be in your stomach or abdomen,
Where you can feel the rise and falling as the body breathes.
It may be in the chest,
Where you may notice the expansion and contraction as the body inhales and exhales.
Perhaps it's at the nostrils,
Where you can feel a slight tickle as the air comes in and a subtle warmth as the body exhales.
You can pick up one spot to stick with for the meditation practice.
As you feel the body breathing,
Try to stay with the breath all the way through.
Stick with it from the beginning of the inhale all the way to the end of the exhale.
You may have noticed the mind wandering.
When the mind wanders,
It really offers us an opportunity to cultivate mindfulness and concentration.
Each time we notice the mind wandering,
We are strengthening our ability to recognize our experience.
Each time we bring the mind back to the breath,
We are strengthening our ability to focus on an object.
So treat it as an opportunity rather than a problem and return to the breath.
The subconscious mind is a map of all your life experiences,
Past patterns and habits that you learned up until now.
Most of them were set in the subconscious mind while you were a child through repetitions.
Begin to think of an intent you want to set for this meditation,
A goal that you want to achieve,
And repeat that intention over and over in your mind.
Maybe you can grab that intention and put in the sentence,
I intend to,
What it is that you want to achieve.
Maybe abandoning a bad habit or having an improvement in your behavior.
Keep repeating this affirmation over and over,
Making your intent stronger and stronger,
Allowing your mind to create new beliefs about you and your life.
Feel it.
Feel it.
With practice,
Repetition,
And dedication,
You can change any old mind patterns and behaviors and change and reprogram your subconscious mind.
As you do your visualization and repetition,
Try to relax even more in order to lower your mind's waves and reach that subconscious mind that is the place where all habits and behaviors are connected.
Habits and patterns take place and it is the place where you can change the script of your life,
A place where the change can happen.
Breathe,
Relax,
Be aware of your feelings when you are touching the deep mind state.
If memory arise,
Just be aware of them and come back to see and feel the change within you as you can do it.
You have the strength and the resiliency to do it,
To reprogram old patterns that are holding you back.
Feel the change within you.
You feel that wave of wellness spreading within your body and mind.
Feel it.
With your brain waves even slower,
Think of something really positive you want to achieve.
See it as if it is happening right here and now.
You are the first actor experiencing the scene.
Make everything vivid and see yourself reaching all the goals that you have set.
All the accomplishments we have set.
Feel it.
Tell your subconscious mind,
This is what I have,
This is who I am.
From now on,
All the action I take will reflect my new reprogrammed mind.
Say some positive affirmation about your health over and over,
About your career,
Relationships,
Over and over.
You are remapping your mind for a better future.
As soon as you catch yourself thinking negatively,
Change that thought right away to the opposite.
When you are ready,
Gently bring your attention back to your body,
The touch of your body on your seat and take the last moments to fully feel your new reprogrammed subconscious mind.
When you are ready,
Slowly open up your eyes.
Assume the commitment to maintain the reprogrammed subconscious mind feeling for the rest of your day.
