So I invite you to get comfortable Bolster or if you're sitting down even pausing this and taking a second to grab a pillow To go behind your back or just take a moment to see how you can get a little start with the freedom Trinity So you that is not moving?
To softly focus on be your eyes on that point begin to Experience what's coming in from the pro.
Do you notice anything from just noticing that our perspective sometimes?
Softly blink your eyelids shut for the heart center at the center of the chest Noticing your breath.
We're gonna do three rounds of breath thing for five Looking at the top for five and exhaling for five.
I will count us through First we're just going to inhale and exhale everything out of our system And I will give us a count one exhale everything out out of the system to the nose for one two three Hold at the top for one Two five exhale through the nose for one five exhale everything out for one exhale everything out for a second Just imagine yourself Living the life finances Responsibilities they can shift Just imagine you can have it.
Can you see what you're wearing first thing that comes to mind?
There's no need to overthink it just allow it in see if you can make it even bigger See where you can press up against yourself.
