Thank you for joining me for this guided stargazing meditation.
This meditation will help you to relax and visualize laying back or sitting back and looking up at the stars.
Take a comfortable seated position or laying down in a comfortable space.
Allow your body to settle in to where you are.
Breathe naturally and deeply.
If you've ever sat in the dark and looked at the stars,
Ask yourself if you can visualize that same scene one more time.
If you've never sat and looked up at the stars at night,
This guided meditation will help you to visualize what it could look like.
Taking a deep breath in for four counts.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And then breathing out for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Relaxing your shoulders.
Relaxing your arms and your hands.
Relaxing your eyebrows.
Relaxing your jaw.
Relaxing your thighs and your calves.
And relaxing your feet.
Visualize yourself laying down or sitting back in a comfortable lounge chair or a beautiful soft blanket.
It's nighttime where you are.
You're away from the city.
You're away from all of the pollution of the city.
And you can see the sky.
It's so clear and so beautiful.
You can see stars for miles and miles.
You hear the slight breeze of the wind.
You hear the crickets.
The temperature is a little cool but comfortable.
You are here in this space to relax.
You are here to look up at the vast sky that is above us.
The galaxies and the stars and the planets.
Maybe you see the moon.
The beautiful full moon.
Bathing you in its beautiful lunar light.
Allowing your skin to absorb all of the moon's beautiful light.
Allowing any exposed area of your skin to absorb the moon's beautiful energy.
Breathing naturally.
Letting your body relax.
Letting your mind relax.
You have nowhere to be right now.
You have nothing to do right now.
Just be.
Just look up at the glistening,
Sparkling stars that you can see in the sky above you.
And know that even if you feel like a tiny speck in this world,
That you matter.
That you are here for a reason.
And that you are loved.
Imagine whatever you're sitting or laying on to absorb some of the energy from our Mother Earth.
Mother Earth is giving you beautiful,
Loving energy.
Take any negative energy or negative feeling that you are feeling right now and allow it to be absorbed into Mother Earth for transmutation into something positive.
Look up at all of the twinkling stars in the sky.
The stars don't ask for anything from you.
They are just there to twinkle and shine their beauty and their light onto you.
Breathing naturally.
Releasing any tension in your jaw.
Any tension in your eyebrows or your forehead.
Any tension in your shoulders.
Gazing out at the stars.
You see a shooting star go by.
Make a wish if you'd like.
And know that the stars and the moon and the night sky is putting on a show just for you.
For you to relax and just be and enjoy the wonder that our Earth contains.
Breathing naturally.
Enjoying the wonder that is our world.
Enjoying the wonder that is being alive.
You woke up today and that is a beautiful gift.
No matter what you may be going through in your life,
You are here and you are supported and you are loved and you've got this.
Breathing deeply.
Tie out any stress or any residual tension that you may be feeling.
Close your eyes if you'd like.
Or keep them open.
As you see another shooting star go by.
Wherever you are right now,
I hope that you allow yourself to relax and take this time to visualize a beautiful night sky.
I hope that you feel supported by the Earth.
You are strong.
You are resilient.
You are beautiful and you are capable.
I hope that you allow yourself to let all these beautiful things shine and radiate.
Be a shining example to others by just being yourself.
Take another deep breath in for four seconds.
Hold it for two.
And let it out for six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
If you're laying down or seated,
Stretch your arms up over your head.
To wiggle your fingers and toes.
Flutter your eyes open when you're ready.
And know that you can come back to this meditation anytime you need it.
Shine your light.
Find the things that make you joy and be strong enough to be you.
Come back to the room that you are in.
Look around.
And continue with your day with grace and ease.
