Welcome to a two-minute power boost you can do sitting,
Standing or lying down.
Let's start by welcoming yourself into the space.
In your heart say welcome and your name.
Now taking three breaths,
Breathing in life and breathing out any tension.
So breathing in life.
And breathing out any tension.
And again breathing in life.
And breathing out any tension.
Turn your attention now to your body and let's do a slow scan from your head all the way to your feet.
All the way breathing down throughout your body and your imagination.
Breathing in life and breathing out any tension.
And on the next in-breath letting go and let's breathe in together breathing in life and on the out-breath letting go of any tension.
And as we come to the end of this two-minute meditation I invite you to thank yourself for taking the time to do this exercise and know that it's a time of healing.
