Samantha is a trained teacher of the renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, having studied at Bangor University in Wales and Reichman University in Israel. She is also the co-author, with Professor Jonathan Passmore, of Mindfulness at Work: The Practice and Science of Mindfulness for Leaders, Coaches and Facilitators. With warmth, presence, and deep understanding, Samantha blends neuroscience, emotional resilience, and the quiet power of daily mindfulness. Her work invites leaders to slow down, listen inward, and meet each moment as a chance to grow. She guides leaders to turn everyday moments into extraordinary growth opportunities, through daily intention and impact. Fun fact: Samantha is also a qualified Reflexologist, with studies in anatomy, physiology, and holistic health, a grounding influence in her work today.
