Keeping this practice lighthearted and relaxed,
Just notice any sensations that you feel in the body.
Focusing on physical sensations in the body.
You might notice a buzzing sensation.
Density in your core.
Tension in your heart.
A sense of hovering over your body maybe.
Think of turning on your curiosity and really observing what you notice inside your body right now.
And now see if you can name any emotional tones in the body or the mind.
Anything that might be coming up,
You might feel nervous or apprehensive,
Annoyed,
Bored,
Confused,
Tired,
Anything at all,
Simply notice and name it.
Maybe taking a few deep breaths to reorganize yourself using these last few moments to really Provide a general sense of awareness,
More expansive.
Thinking about resting in awareness.
No big deal if this feels challenging or if thoughts come to distract you.
Whatever shows up is exactly as it should be and your job is just simply to notice.
And now transitioning back into your physical environment.
