Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

In and out.

Let's begin.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your breath.

With each inhale,

Imagine fresh morning air.

Cool,

Clean and full of possibility.

With each exhale,

Release any tension,

Any heaviness from yesterday.

This is a new day.

As you breathe,

Imagine a soft golden light at the center of your chest.

With every breath in,

This light grows warmer,

Brighter,

Spreading through your chest and shoulders.

Let it fill your entire body,

From your head to your toes.

You are glowing with energy and hope.

You are beaming with possibility.

Now,

Picture yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful sunrise.

The sky is painted in gold,

Pink and soft blue.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.

Let its energy soak in,

Awakening every cell.

Now we'll bring that light into the body.

Gently relax your forehead,

Unclench your jaw,

Soften your shoulders.

Let your chest open,

Let your making room for the day to enter.

Feel your belly rise and fall with your breath.

And let your legs feel heavy,

Grounded,

Supported.

If you can,

Sit a little taller,

Just enough to feel awake.

Now imagine that golden light is not only inside you,

It's in front of you too.

Like a small sunrise you can step toward.

And in this light,

Choose one intention for today.

Just one.

Not a hundred goals,

Not a perfect plan.

One clear direction.

Maybe it's clarity.

Maybe it's courage.

Maybe it's peace.

Maybe it's focus.

Maybe it's kindness for yourself.

Now here's the part most people skip.

Think of one hard thing you know you need to do today.

The thing you've been avoiding.

The thing that feels uncomfortable,

Or heavy,

Or annoying.

You don't have to do it all at once.

You only have to do the first honest step.

Because great things come from doing the hard things.

And just beyond the resistance,

Just beyond the discomfort,

There's often a surge of clarity.

A clean kind of joy.

The kind you.

Feel your body moving into it.
