Let it fill your entire body,
From your head to your toes.
You are glowing with energy and hope.
You are beaming with brightness and possibilities.
Release.
Now picture yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful sunrise.
The sky is painted with colors,
Gold,
Pink and soft blue.
Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.
Let its energy soak in,

I am strong,
Vibrant and ready for anything.
