Hey there.

I'm Sandy Robson.

Welcome.

Today,

We're going on a run.

So let's start walking.

Get our body moving.

Let's pick our feet up.

We didn't come here to sit around.

Running for me has made all the difference.

Without it,

I don't think I could have quit smoking,

Gotten sober,

Or kept my head on straight most days.

So whether this is your thousandth run or your first run,

I'm here with you.

Together,

We're going to lose ourselves in this moving meditation.

A chance to leave the problems behind and find the clarity in the movement.

I'm a 70s child and an 80s teen who grew up on a lot of house music.

So this is for all those people who love a steady beat and a great bass line.

I think you're going to love this because this is a house run.

Okay.

So if you're on the treadmill,

It's time to turn that number up.

Let's get to a five at least here.

And if you're outside,

It's time to pick up the heels.

These first few steps are always a little discombobulating.

Sometimes,

I feel like it's when I get a tattoo and I think,

Why did I choose to do this?

But remember,

You did choose to do this.

And everything great that you want is on the other side of this pain.

That's why we're running.

That little boost energy we need.

Let's just focus on the breathing.

Beautiful tree fuel that's just filling our muscles with all the energy it needs.

You got this.

Keep going.

All the stresses.

We're running away from those things right now.

I can give you a bit of a stanky face.

Yeah,

It's dirty.

Just like all the crap we're leaving in our dust.

Breathe.

All of those trees,

All the grass,

Anything that's living,

It's feeding you.

The same air.

Everything you're putting out,

It's taking in and everything it's putting out,

You're taking in.

This is a symbiotic relationship.

The world is actually running with you.

Now if you're on a treadmill.

Our minds should be opening a bit.

Any thoughts that come in,

Any stresses,

Just let them go by,

Just like when we meditate.

Start to feel those wonderful drugs that our own bodies produce starting to bubble up inside us.

You're raising your frequency.

This movement is lifting you higher.

You're vibrating at a different level.

Your body is saying,

I'm here.

It's sending out all of your wants and desires without you having to try.

What you want is on the other side of this pain.

Who you want to be is on the other side of this pain.

Let the pain fade away into the bliss.

We're doing this for so many reasons.

That's what hard things teach us.

When we get through this,

We're different people.

We're better people.

We're better spirits.

This is your power.

Run with it.

Feel that power running through your veins.

You got it.

I know you do.

Let the pain fade away into the bliss.

This is when our body starts to make those incredible natural drugs.

This is when the bliss hits.

This is the runner's high.

This is what we came for.

We're going to take all of what's pumping through us,

And we're going to put it into every thought,

Every want that we have.

We're going to energize our manifestation.

Here comes the good drugs,

The ones we make ourselves.

You heard her.

Use them.

Endorphins,

Dopamine,

Serotonin,

Norepinephrine.

This is nature's reward.

Take it.

Use it.

Revel in it.

Now,

Find your pace.

They say you shouldn't run from your problems.

I disagree.

Sometimes,

It's the best thing you can do.

Leave them behind.

Run towards the answers.

Quite often,

When you return from a run,

Those problems don't seem nearly as insurmountable.

Energy,

Vibration,

Frequency.

Those are the keys to the universe according to Nikola Tesla.

Those three things are what you are amplifying right now.

You've raised your frequency.

Ideas are taking over the space that was once full of problems.

Let your cells work together to make you.

Let that baseline put a smile on your face.

We're getting so close to 20 minutes.

Feel the joy going through you.

We got this.

Feel that happiness rushing through you.

Here we go.

The finish line is in sight.

You got this.

Feel those lungs expanded.

Feel that heart filled with blood.

Feel that mind free.

This is what we came for.

This feeling right here.

You just want to shout to the world you feel so good.

Don't you wish everyone could feel this way?

And that's the best part.

After this run,

You get to carry this energy with you throughout your day and share it with everyone.
