Welcome.
Take a moment.
Before you open that email again.
Take a moment before you reply.
Before yujiya.
Just pause.
Settle in.
Sit comfortably.
Let your shoulders drop gently.
Take a slow breathe in.
And a long breathe out.
Again,
Breathe in.
And slowly out.
Now bring to mind that email.
The one that triggered you.
Maybe it felt unfair.
Maybe it felt disrespectful.
Maybe it created pressure.
Or urgency.
Just notice what comes up.
Shift awareness to your body.
Where do you feel this reaction?
In your chest,
Your stomach,
Your jaw.
No need to change anything.
Just observe.
This is what reaction feels like in my body.
Take a slow breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Soften that area.
Which is hot,
Just to.
.
.
Now notice that emotion.
Gently name it.
Is it anger?
Fresh tissue.
Anxiety.
Defensiveness,
Say silently.
This is frustration.
This is stress.
Don't say,
I am stress.
Just say,
This is stress.
You're not the emotion.
You're the one noticing it.
Now,
Notice your thoughts.
What story is your mind telling?
Why would they say this?
This is unfair.
I need to respond fast.
This reflects badly on me.
Just notice the story.
Without archiving.
Without fixing.
Take a deep breath in.
And a slow breathe out.
Gently ask yourself,
What actually needs to be done here.
Not from emotion.
But from clarity and presence.
Create a small gap for yourself.
You don't have to reply immediately.
You have choices.
You can step away.
You can respond later.
You can ask for clarity.
Or you can respond calmly instead of reacting.
Say this to yourself.
A pause is not weakness.
A pause is power.
Take a deeper breath in.
And as you breathe out.
Release the urgency.
You don't need to prove anything right now.
You just need to respond to it.
With intention.
When I respond.
I will be clear.
Calm.
And ground it.
Set your intention.
It should not be perfect.
Not emotional.
Only intentional.
Take one final deep breath in.
And slowly breathe out.
Let your body soften.
And when you feel ready,
You can return to that email.
Not to react.
But to respond.
I hope you feel better.
Thank you for sharing this space.
And remember,
This space is always there for you.
Take care and have a good day.
