The second workshop called REBORN which is an out-of-this-world healing and activation, we purify, activate, and upgrade your “software” in a way that you don’t have to do anything crazy, you guided through a very real and gentle process where we ignite love, power, and wisdom to upgrade into a frequency where you are no longer set of off by old triggers, feelings or emotions. You you you you you you you you hello and welcome to today's workshop I have dubbed this reborn because this is exactly what I felt when I put this together so if you can just you guys have been on this platform before so if you can just send me a message to let me know that you can hear me okay and the sound is working okay all righty we're going to kick off in just a second I'm just I just need confirmation that the sound is coming through okay I don't want to ah cool awesome thanks sandy all righty now I'm just going to give it a couple more minutes because I've just received an email and they are coming on a couple of more so just bear with me I'll just give it another little minute just to wait for some of the others that are just coming on you you okay guys for those of you who have just joined us welcome so much I'm really excited about this as you know this was just offered to the people who were a part of the emerge workshop as a follow on so just to give you a kind of a little bit of a debrief I found that like the first one we had it was so amazing but then I always knew that it was something else kind of it wasn't it wasn't the last one so this one was kind of it was probably a little bit of a shock really when it kind of come to me but when I started putting it together it just made sense so I'm really excited about it and I just really appreciate you being here and a part of this and I just wholeheartedly trust that it will give you exactly what you need right now so with this second workshop I've dubbed it reborn because that's exactly how I felt once I did it so as you know everything I create I do myself before I even launch it or put it out there because I want to make sure that it's awesome so yeah so this one it's to activate upgrade and it's great for if you need to get past any past trauma or there's any blockages there so what if we can all be ascended masters we all have the software to do this it's in our DNA a new divine human who is continually raising and evolving and we move from one reality to the next reality moving into this paradise reality and each reality has its own frequency bandwidth so struggle can't happen when you're vibrationally high okay so we talk about the light so if you're a light grid and it everybody else is this light grid and we're all shining at different frequencies okay so we attract like-minded people we attract all these people that come into our life are of the same brightness as to whatever light your reate your radiating okay so that's what I mean so when we kind of move past this you can let go of all that you think that you are and let the real you shine through you can start doing what you really came here to do we're not being true to ourselves because we're following the rules we're playing it safe there is so much information available that the mind looks for patterns and when it sees a pattern it tries to make up a meaning based on our previous experience right that becomes a part of our self identity or the ego so to speak these breadcrumbs are the bridge they're the bridge into the multi-dimensional people that we can be the joy of doing what we're meant to be doing is a gift it's a gift that we have and the more we utilize and maximize and optimize our unique gifts the more gifts that are that are available to us okay because you're living a life of passion whatever gives you joy that is your sole purpose whatever gives you joy that's it that is your purpose so it's love its unity its co-creation and abundance for all okay it's the rise of our energy our sole purpose and the more we can be in this state of love and compassion and unity and co-creation the more we can create harmony in our life and we can live a life that actually means something it's the quantum awakening you're reborn we've all had those thoughts where you go I wonder if this is what I'm really here to do do I feel an intimate connection to everything in my life who I thought I was wasn't really who I am and I needed to go about doing things that I really wanted to do it's that drive where we've had life experience we've had that and we've had enough and we're wise enough to know that we're starting to explore different things that are available to us that make us feel good we're here to rewire the hard wiring that we've been brought up with okay to embody all of the layers and be willing to remove them until all that's left is the real you until your body is ready to express who you really are you're trying to control your life from when you're off the stage now you know I've spoken about this before okay so we we need to give out give ourselves the role of the director and the lead role but we're trying to control it when we're off the stage give yourself the lead role not the part of an extra the trick is to live your life with the presence of being on stage but with the vision that you receive from behind the projector okay now let that sit with you for a little bit live your life with the presence of being on stage but with the vision that you receive and can only receive from when you're behind the projector what does that mean for you follow those breadcrumbs you follow the rules you tick all the boxes the school the job the kids the marriage but there's still no genuine intimate connection not one that makes you feel like you're living life wide awake like you've got this raw essence about how you live your life when you realize that the dream is not a dream that you've been living this life that feels average and we all have layers and everybody else has layers so ask yourself is how deeply can we connect when we're all wrapped up in so many layers we can't it is impossible to have a genuine heartfelt connection when we're wrapped up in so many layers and they're wrapped up in so many layers there's too many layers to get through we can't have a genuine intimate connection speaking your truth is a beginning point you can speak your truth but as soon as you start to defend your truth it's no longer your truth so remember that when you're just about to defend your truth sit with that because it will no longer become your truth okay and remember your truth is different to everybody else's truth so we can't judge others for having a different thought process than us so do not defend it it's a resting point speaking your truth is a resting point it's the springboard for what can be an amazing path it's not the end point it's the point where you can then begin to become infinite and where you are the ripple effect this is the beautiful thing about where you are right now you can become the ripple effect you can hold that multi-dimensional reality okay and what do I mean by when I say this multi-dimensional reality it means that anybody can be a spiritual present mindful being in the privacy of their own homes but it's how we connect and respond to others in the real world that is the true test and that is what we are here to do we're not here to be in a meditative state 24-7 we are here to experience a human reality but we can do that when we genuinely connect from our heart space so how can we apply that knowledge into everyday life as above so below spirituality does not happen behind closed doors it is how we interact with society that is the ultimate ascension anyone can be around like-minded people anyone can be present behind closed doors but what happens as soon as you leave your environment what happens what happens when you connect with someone else we are in a time where you have this dual existence you can be a spiritual person and awake person in a practical world clear beliefs and buttons and old triggers to be cleared out okay have I lost sound or am I back have I lost sound or can you hear me oh cool I'm back thanks alrighty I told you crazy stuff can happen on these things so it's what happens when you leave your environment okay that is the true test so we need to clear those beliefs and those buttons and those triggers right the old triggers that need to be cleared out once we do this we can look at the people who used to set us off and we can smile now you have access to a whole new range of emotions that you didn't have access to before because you have raised your vibration into a more compassionate zone you're present and you respond consciously and it's not automatic one that is graceful and elegant and it takes the stress out of your life it takes the fear out of your life the anxiety and you have the flow of love a more creative conscious response step by step opens you up to free you from the pain and the stress and transmute it into the emotional pain body our mind our body and our spirit are all they're talking to us all the time and the more that we listen and the more that we tap into that we can harness that and use it to move forward being in this space will bring you new ideas fresh opportunities and all you have to do is move in this direction write down the ideas follow up and listen to the clues that have brought you to you make time to listen and trust your intuition now what I want to do is I want to move into the activation so I would like you to close your eyes get comfortable and take three deep breaths continue with your eyes closed imagine a beam of light radiating from your heart and it beams up into your cosmic heart so it travels up through your body and beams out through your crown chakra and into the divine and from your heart send down a beam of light and connect it to Mother Earth see the energy cord leave your heart and down into Mother Earth there is a column of light connecting you from the core of Mother Earth and through your body up into the cosmic heart your over soul your higher self and just continue to breathe it passes through the galaxy into the central Sun and the universe and into galactic alignment see it there follow that light we are activating and cleansing your field we want to create harmony and compassion in your life and to do that we must remove and cleanse all of the blockages that are in our field and that is what we're doing now so with your eyes closed imagine and see the cord of light that is in the center of the core of Mother Earth and see it coming up and traveling up through your body out your crown and into the divine it moves past the central Sun and the universe and into galactic alignment imagine a spear a ball of energy around you this ball of energy is spinning at a frequency of compassion feel it it creates a field of compassion around you so anything that vibrates around a frequency less than compassion and anything that comes up into your awareness at the level that is less than that of compassion it will automatically raise your frequency up and automatically vibrate faster until it becomes the same frequency it's automatically doing this around you activate now as we do this you might have you might start to have thoughts or feelings or memories that pop up I want you to observe those because it might be a clue as to what's getting between you and your own divinity and at the end we will clear those as well continue with your eyes closed and continue breathing in the beginning there was you you are a light a radiant light of golden light shining brightly you are brighter than any star right a radiant child of the divine you are light and to light you shall return to be confident in your light be radiant in your light shine it at the frequency of what you really are it is all you ever have to do the time of doing is over your radiance has been seen by all of the other beings of light and they are attracted to you they honor you you divine radiant being you come from light and you came to experience life as the Creator you came to play with form this human body you close yourself in a body of matter it is dense and it is heavy but you adjusted to it in time and once you anchored in that you forgot about the light that you once were you forgot to remember your radiance you entered into the 3d experience to play the game it is time to remember who you really are it is time to shine on the world once more it is time to let the profound love flow through you to teach and heal it is time dear one it is time the divine is all the divine is all as below so above the dark and the light the good and the bad it is all one together there is no light and dark there is no good or bad there is only the divine and you are the divine expressing through this body it is not fixed this is a role in a movie you're playing it is not you does every actor be become that role forever no you are not your personality you are not your thoughts and you are not even your feelings you are not your behaviors you are the divine expressing a creative life force through this human body choosing to focus your attention on one body but all the other bodies have a divine light too they are you too in the denser forms you forgot that so your purpose now is to remember who you really are to bring your radiance into this body and transmute this energy into a body of light to anchor spirit into matter and express paradise on earth each body will express paradise in a unique way this divine plan how many ways we express this paradise on earth a different paradise for everybody imagine that be with that that is an activation with the divine self and anything that vibrates at a level less than compassion let it be transformed and let it move up into the ball of compassion and it's moving up and into a ball of compassion and it's transmuted into love and you can be with that and take notice of how the energy in your body is changing and any thoughts that are coming up and don't judge them just let them be and feel the difference when you let go of all that you think is you and let the real you shine through you can start doing what you came here to do there's no more safe no more frustration no more anger there is no need to struggle because we have the support of all of these amazing people and light frequencies around us we can be with that we are not being true to ourselves because we're following the rules we're safe there is so much information available to us and the mind does look for patterns and when you see a pattern it makes up of meaning based on your previous experience that becomes a part of your self-identity but once you follow the breadcrumbs and you do the joy of what you're doing of what you're meant to be doing practice your gifts and you are living a life of passion do what makes you happy it's the joy of doing what you love that is your sole purpose it allows you to know that everything is going to be okay you are able to move through everything with grace and when you show grace you jump onto a new timeline a virus is just a virus it's just you going into an upgrade when you are feeling fear or anger or sadness it is just you going in for an upgrade you don't need to get attached to that just be with that and let it happen and with let it happen with grace and love and ease let the upgrade happen transmute and upgrade and raise your frequency into love wrap anger in compassion and transmute it it's not about removing and releasing that becomes a dog chasing its tail where we're constantly having to remove and release remove and release do not justify you don't need to release you don't need to remove because there will always be something back there and at some point we need to stop looking back all we need to do is wrap anger in compassion and transmute it into love take that time and be with that now I want you to experience this amazing upgrade are you ready for that we have cleansed and the ball of compassion is still and will continue to transmute anything that is less than a level of compassion it'll transmute it and raise that frequency and that will continue I will set the intention that the circles will continue continually happen to transmute that energy now let's move that energy and we'll practice the triple flame frequency okay so close your eyes and take three deep breaths in becoming aware of the beam of light that is at the core of Mother Earth and see it travel through you and into the cosmic heart and becoming aware of the ball of light spinning at the speed of compassion see it and feel it with your intention in your heart center connect with the all that is as above so below repeat after me I am all that is I am all that is I am all that is I am divine light I am divine love and I am divine wisdom I am divine power I am divine grace I am divine joy I am divine peace I am the being of fusion I am that I am just allow yourself to feel that alignment with the I am that I am feel it be with it I am all that is I am all that is I am all that is I am divine light I am divine love I am divine wisdom I am divine power I am divine grace I am divine joy I am divine peace I am the being of fusion I am that I am I am all that is I am all that is I am all that is as above so below I am divine light I am divine love I am divine wisdom I am divine power I am divine grace I am divine joy I am divine peace I am the being of fusion I am that I am and when you are in this alignment anything that you command must be obeyed within your life within your reality I am going to give you some intention commands so we can purify your energy field continue with your eyes closed and take deep breaths take your intention to the base of your spine your root chakra the first energy center give the command activate activate activate the triple flame and in your imagination see a pink flame of divine love a blue flame of divine power and a yellow flame of divine wisdom now it's activated and give the command purify purify purify the first chakra and those little flames start swirling around and it's going through you to purify everything in your root chakra in those organs around the root chakra and it spins and it's going to purify everything in your first chakra and gland and body parts of that of the root chakra influences and it will continue to swirl and swirl and purify purify it with all of the I ams placing your attention on your second chakra it is just below the navel give the command activate activate activate the triple flame purify purify purify the second chakra and it will get going and keep going and see it swirling until it's completed let it move up into your third chakra at your navel activate activate activate the triple flame purify purify purify the solar plexus chakra and they are all spinning and all purifying with that divine love divine power and divine wisdom the triple flame the pink flame the blue flame and the yellow flame they are all continuing to spin and purify now we move up into our fourth chakra your heart chakra activate activate activate the triple flame purify purify purify my heart chakra they are all spinning and all purifying moving up into your throat chakra activate activate activate the triple flame purify purify purify the throat chakra they are all spinning and all purifying moving up into your third eye activate activate activate the triple flame purify purify purify the solar plexus chakra your throat chakra they are all spinning all purifying moving up into your crown chakra activate activate activate the triple flame purify purify purify the crown chakra and all other chakras they are all spinning they are all purifying imagine another triple flame over your head and set the intention that it will purify and feel it travel into your head and you might feel a sensation or warm or feeling a sensation of warm honey or it might be something cool whatever it is to you imagine that feel that it's going all the way through your meridian pathways the energy pathways and they are traveling in between all of your chakras that is still spinning and still purifying and that is moving now the flame throughout all of your chakras and then we are going to focus on your throat and see the triple flame over your right shoulder activate the command clear the pathways and that triple flame burns through any blockages any build-up that in those energy pathways that they flow down the same way as your blood vessels and this triple flame transmutes all of those blockages it transmuted into love it dissolves with your intention at your right shoulder we are going to send the triple flame down your right arm right through to the tip of your middle finger clear the pathways and let it go down all the way down the right side of your body the right leg all the way down to your right foot and demands clear the pathways coming up the left foot up the left leg past the left hip all the way to your left shoulder command clear the pathways and just feel the triple flame dissolving and transmuting anything in those pathways feel it clearing it all out and feel it in your left shoulder and let it go down your left arm and into the tip of your finger clear the pathways so with your intention at the top of your head we want to circulate this energy through this now clear and purify all pathways circulate this triple flame energy down the right side of your body and up the left side of your body down the right side and up the left exhale to the right inhale to the left we are all circulating this energy through our open pathways and imagine the triple flame going up and around and it will continue to go around and around now we are going to create another pathway imagine the triple flame is going down the back of your body and up the front of your body let it circulate this way as well set the intention that this will continue until it's done for you and it's purified your energy field now I want you to feel this energy and this triple flame moving up and down around your left side and down your right side feel it traveling up through your back and then around the front of your body and this will continue this triple flame will continue now I want you to anchor this new energy anchor it into your field and command anchor lock and seal and recalibrate a line of balance and harmonize for graceful integration recalibrate a line of balance and harmonize for graceful integration recalibrate a line of balance and harmonize for graceful integration now bring your awareness in the now and in your body set this divine flame down into Mother Earth and bring it back up into your divine I love myself enough to be happy to show compassion and when I catch myself reacting from an old trigger I will love myself enough to show compassion to myself wrap graceful language around your words and retrain your mind with a love language I am heard I am playful I am wild I am spirit I am compassion I am love I am abundance I am joy I am change I am wealth I am passion I am myself I am able I am fearless I am worthy I am powerful I am love I am sensual I am vision I am creation I am enough I am inspiration I am free I am strength I am courage I am vivacious I am ready I am now I will leave you with two questions I would like you to answer what do I want from this journey what do I want from this journey and the second question is what does this journey want from me what does this journey want from me take some time and answer those two questions and write them down thank you so much and have a magical magical day it was I feel buzzing and I feel very tingly but thank you so much and I appreciate you and all
