Welcome to your journey of calm and relaxation through Yoga Nidra.

Close your eyes and inhale through the nose,

Slowly exhale and let another breath in and the wave of vital energy spread throughout your whole body and gently let it go.

In our last deep breath in and let the breath out,

Bringing your awareness to your breath.

We're about to do our rotation of consciousness and bringing all of your awareness to the top of your head,

The centre of the forehead,

Tip of the nose,

Pith of the throat,

The centre of your chest,

Pubic bone,

Right hip joint,

The big toe,

Little toe,

Sole of the right foot and moving the awareness up the right leg,

Sensing the calf muscle,

Left hip joint,

Left big toe,

Second,

The sole of your left foot and sensing right palm,

The upper arm the shoulder joint,

The heart region,

Left side of the chest,

The left side of your waist,

The left side of your chest,

Sensing your abdomen,

Exploring the sensations in the palm of your left hand,

Little finger,

The upper arm to the shoulder joint,

The left shoulder blade,

Right shoulder blade,

Upper back and moving the awareness up your spine,

Sensing the back of the neck,

The upper lip,

Inside of the right cheek and moving the awareness to your chin,

Unclenching the lower from the upper jaw,

Softening all of the muscles of your face and feel your whole head full of relaxation.

I embrace sleep as a time of healing,

I can feel at ease something greater than myself is so supportive of me,

I am patient with my journey,

I am proud of my progress,

Trust that everything is unfolding as it should,

I am opening my heart to all the blessings life has in store for me,

I am guided in every moment of my life and tomorrow awaken refreshed,

There's nothing to worry about,

You are so deserving of good night's rest,

Slowing down feels good,

No one is perfect,

I am grateful for the ability of my body to heal itself,

I am so happy to be alive,

It feels good to be me,

I accept myself 100%,

I am releasing any negative beliefs,

My breath is soft and slow,

I am safe,

I am so supported,

I am honoring my body's need for rest and relax because life is supporting me,

I allow these positive sleep affirmations to put my mind at ease,

I am letting go of any remaining worries of the day,

I am inviting tranquility into my mind,
