Welcome to this yoga nidra meditation to help you let go of worries,
Events of the day,
To be able to sink into deep,
Relaxing sleep.
Let's take a nice conscious breath in,
Feel the expansion of your chest,
Sigh it out through your mouth,
And one more powerful expansion,
Again with the sigh out,
Letting go of one thing that's been worrying you today,
And drawing the air down into your belly,
Holding the breath just for a moment,
And exhale,
And we'll do that one last time,
Inhale and hold,
Release the breath out,
Sensing any weight,
Any worries dropping down from your shoulders,
And I'll deepen the connection with the body,
Technique of body scan promotes relaxation,
Creating a sense of calm,
You don't have to do anything,
Merely bringing your attention to different parts of your body,
Observing sensations without judgement,
Bringing your attention into your right palm,
Noticing any sensations here,
Feel the right thumb,
Index,
Middle finger,
Little finger,
All of the fingers of the right hand,
Your beautiful right shoulder,
And all of the toes of the right foot,
As you steer the awareness onto your left side,
Curiously observing sensations in your left palm,
Pulsing sensations,
Little toe,
Chest,
And sense yourself being more aware as you bring your attention into your head,
Sensations inside the mouth,
Sense your whole torso,
And feel your whole right arm,
And the right hemisphere of the brain,
And taking a deep breath in through the nose,
As you exhale,
Relaxing the whole front side of the body,
One more deep breath in,
As you exhale,
Relax the entire body,
And I've prepared some images and sounds,
It's mostly natural elements for you to visualize,
Rain forest,
Meadow with wildflowers,
A flock of birds,
A feather,
Can you imagine a wave of calmness spreading throughout your whole body,
Imagining the waves,
Waves of relaxation,
Washing away any tension,
As your boat finds its way into the sleep harbor,
And you deserve to feel at ease,
