Hey there,
Dropping in with the word,
And the word is release.
And as somebody that.
Can hold on to things too long.
I think that's a really important word,
Release.
I.
.
.
Like structure.
And things that feel familiar.
And let's just say a piece of furniture or a piece of clothing or whatever.
A blanket.
Sometimes it's time to release to make room for something.
Else to come in that's going to serve us.
Where we are.
At the current point in our lives.
Whatever that is.
And so it could be.
Releasing of you know,
Something that we might have in our diet that's not good for us.
I've had to do that.
Sometimes it's releasing people.
In our life that aren't good for us.
That are not.
Nourishing us.
Sometimes I've had to do that.
Sometimes it's releasing.
A work situation or a business situation or a client situation.
Sometimes I've had to do that and I've been fortunate to have people around me even when I can't see that to help me.
Look at it and say,
Is this a good thing?
That you're doing and holding on to you know you're running yourself ragged trying to hold on to it and.
I have found the things that I should hold on to and hold close are not draining.
They don't drink,
It's a smoother process.
And I know every situation is different.
I found when I'm struggling.
To hold on to that project or hold on to that.
I don't know.
Pair of shoes that don't fit anymore.
That I'm trying to force it.
It's not what should be happening.
There is a great exhale that comes with the ability.
To release.
Anything that is not making your life.
Fuller,
Richer,
Better.
And even though it might be hard in the long run,
It makes room for something to come and it's gonna make your life fuller,
Richer,
Better.
So that's the word,
Release.
And be well.
