Welcome to your red light therapy meditation.

In this one mindful moment,

You nourish both body and spirit.

Take a deep breath,

Inhale gently through your nose and exhale gently through your nose.

Allow this moment to be just for you.

No need to rush,

No need to fix anything,

You are exactly where you need to be.

Let's begin by arriving fully into this moment with your five senses.

Bring awareness to what you can see,

Even with your eyes closed and protective glasses on.

Notice the soft radiant glow of red light streaming through your eyelids,

Warm glow.

Let it meet your gaze,

Not with strain but with softness.

You are being bathed in a spectrum of light that speaks to the deepest layers of your cells.

Now turn inward to sound,

Maybe you hear the gentle hum of the red light panel,

The subtle rhythm of your breath,

The sound of my voice.

Notice how peaceful the quiet feels,

There's a calm in the stillness,

Like the world is pausing with you.

Let it remind you that being still is enough.

Next,

Bring your awareness to your sense of touch.

Notice what you feel,

Like the warmth of the light on your skin.

This isn't just heat,

It's energy awakening your mitochondria,
