Allow each breath in and out of the lungs to invite a bit more stillness,
A bit more turning inward.
Invite a sense of relaxation to move throughout the body,
Giving you more space and time to be fully present.
Now envision yourself floating on a calm and expansive ocean.
The water represents the vastness of uncertainty.
And as you breathe in and out,
Feel the gentle rise and fall of the waves beneath you,
Symbolizing the unpredictable nature of life.
And as you float through this vast and expansive ocean,
You gaze up at the sky above you.
The bright blue sky symbolizes the potential for new possibilities that uncertainty can bring.
With each breath,
Surrender yourself to the gentle movement of the ocean and the vast possibilities represented from the sky above.
Now repeat to yourself in your mind,
I embrace the unknown with an open heart.
Uncertainty is a canvas for new opportunities.
I trust the journey,
Even when the path is unclear.
Now bring to mind a specific uncertainty that's currently circulating in your life.
And allow the thoughts to surface without judgment.
Recognize any feelings of discomfort,
Feelings of anxiety,
And try your best to just observe them with a sense of compassion and curiosity.

Allow each breath to be an opportunity to let go of the uncertainty.
