Simply noticing your breath moving in and out of your lungs.
I invite you to bring a hand or both hands to rest over your heart space and simply breathe.
Feel your chest rise and fall with each inhale and exhale.
And as you notice your breath,
Can you also notice your heartbeat?
Breathe in and out,
