Hello and thank you for being here.
Welcome to this meditation about reinventing yourself after a major change and becoming who you are ready to be.
Begin by settling into a comfortable position.
Allow your breath to slow down and deepen naturally.
With every exhale,
Let the body release a bit of its tension.
With every inhale,
Invite clarity and space.
Today's meditation is about renewal,
About the identity that you are ready to grow into.
Imagine the version of you that existed before the change in your life.
Notice them with kindness.
See what they tried to accomplish,
What they cared about,
And how they did the best they could with what they knew.
Allow gratitude to rise for the lessons learned.
Silently say,
Thank you for getting me here.
As you breathe,
Picture that old version gently stepping back.
Not disappearing,
But taking their proper place in your past.
They have served their purpose.
Now let your attention shift toward your future identity,
The person who will take your life forward from this point.
You do not have to see every detail.
Simply feel their energy.
Notice the values they live by.
Sense how they make decisions.
Feel the grounded confidence of someone who is aligned with who they are becoming,
Not who they were.
With each inhale,
Imagine breathing life into this new identity.
With each exhale,
Release old expectations,
Old pressures,
And old labels that no longer define you.
And you can silently repeat,
I am allowed to evolve.
I am allowed to change.
I am allowed to renew.
Once again,
I am allowed to evolve.
I am allowed to change.
I am allowed to renew.
And one more time,
I am allowed to evolve.
I am allowed to change.
I am allowed to renew.
Let these words resonate in your mind and body.
Feel the shift.
You are not losing yourself.
You are returning to yourself,
Updated,
Wiser,
And more aligned.
Take one last deep breath,
Honoring who you were,
And honoring who you are,
And honoring who you are becoming.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes gently.
Carry that sense of direction with you,
Not as a destination,
But as a becoming.
Thank you,
And wishing you the best.
