Greetings,

I'm Rachel Redd.

Allow me to guide you through a brief meditation aimed at finding tranquility amidst the turbulence of a stressful situation.

Take a moment to sit comfortably.

Gently relax the tension between your eyebrows.

Let your teeth part as your jaw begins to soften.

Breathe deeply and now shift your focus from your face traveling down through your head,

Your chest,

Shoulders,

Arms,

And torso,

Your hips and legs,

Eventually reaching all the way down to your toes.

Inhale completely and exhale slowly.

Allow yourself to fully arrive in this moment.

Now consider the situation that's causing you stress.

Acknowledge the weight of its responsibility as if it's resting metaphorically upon your shoulders.

You might even sense it physically.

Take another deep breath.

Visualize a benevolent,

Loving presence.

This could be in the form of a guardian angel,

The universe,

God,

Or spirit.

Envision this higher power gently lifting the burden of responsibility from you.

You remain responsible for your actions,

Yes,

But not for the entire outcome.

It's simply impossible.

Do what you can and trust in forces greater than your own mind to guide the rest.

Inhale deeply and exhale completely.

Observe how your body responds when you transfer this responsibility to something or someone beyond yourself.

Take note if there's any newfound spaciousness in your mind or spirit.

As this recording nears its end,

You can continue to breathe deeply and stay attuned to the sensations in your body for as long as you desire.

Remember,

With each breath,

You can always return to this state of heightened awareness and surrender to the wisdom of the higher forces that surround you.
