I had a really lovely experience with this Yoga Nidra! Rachel‘s calming presence made it easy to feel at ease right from the start. As I moved through the body scan, I felt deeply relaxed and supported the whole time. I drifted in and out of sleep a few times, which actually felt natural and restorative rather than distracting. It was one of those sessions where you can truly let go and just be. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a gentle, calming practice that helps you unwind and reset.
