Welcome to a winter solstice meditation embracing infinite possibilities.

Welcome to this sacred time of stillness.

The winter solstice marks the longest night and the promise of returning light.

Let's honor this transition together exploring the infinite possibilities that await you in this new season.

Find a quiet comfortable space where you can sit or lie down and gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Let your whole body begin to relax.

And again,

Taking a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Just melting and relaxing your entire being into the support beneath you,

Allowing yourself in this moment to be held,

Supported,

Surrendering to this moment of stillness.

And as you continue to breathe deeply in and out,

Feel the rhythm of your breath,

Like the ebb and flow of the seasons.

Inhale the stillness of this winter night,

Exhale,

Releasing any worry,

Any tension,

Sinking deeper into this present moment.

And begin to imagine a warm golden light at the base of your spine,

Like the spark of a candle.

And with every breath,

This light grows stronger,

Grounding you to the earth below.

Feel the steadiness of the earth supporting you,

Cradling you in its embrace.

Now envision yourself standing in a quiet winter landscape.

Snow blankets the ground,

And the air is crisp and clear.

Overhead,

The sky stretches vast and infinite,

Dotted with countless stars.

This is your moment of stillness,

Your space of possibility.

Feel the darkness around you,

Not as an absence,

But as a rich,

Fertile void,

Like the soil awaiting seeds.

It holds the potential for new growth,

New dreams,

And new beginnings.

Bring to mind one possibility,

Or one dream,

Or one intention you'd like to explore in the coming year.

Visualize it as a tiny seed in your hand,

Glowing with promise.

Feel this possibility in your hand,

And now plant this seed in the snow-covered earth before you.

Imagine the warmth of the returning sun nurturing this seed.

See it sprouting and growing strong,

Its roots reaching deep into the earth,

Its leaves stretching towards this light.

Take a moment to feel gratitude for this seed,

For the darkness that holds and nurtures it,

And for the light that will guide it to fruition.

Know that all possibilities are available to you.

When you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to your breath,

Letting go of all attachments to the outcomes.

The seeds have been planted,

And so it is,

And so it shall be.

You can begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,

And slowly flutter your eyes open,

Taking slow sips of light in,

And with a sense of wonder and gratitude as you come back into this space.

Just taking a mindful moment for all that you already have,

All that you're grateful for,

All of the possibilities that have already manifested.

And as you go forward,

Carry this stillness and sense of infinite possibility with you,

Trusting the unfolding of your unique path.

Blessed Winter Solstice
