This is a meditation for soothing and healing while waiting for health results.
I invite you to find a comfortable,
Quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
Sit or lie down in a relaxed position and gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Hold for a moment and release slowly through your mouth.
Allow your body to relax with each exhale,
Letting go of tension or worry.
And if you find your worry thoughts taking over,
I invite you to bring your awareness back to your breath and say to yourself,
I am breathing in as you breathe in.
I am breathing out as you breathe out.
Welcome to this moment of peace.
You are here now in this space of stillness,
In this waiting time where answers feel just out of reach.
Let's remember that you are not waiting for peace to find you.
You can find it within yourself right here,
Right now.
Let's begin by tuning into the breath.
Each inhale,
Gently invite a sense of calm to flow through your body.
Breathe in deeply and fully.
With each exhale,
Release the thoughts and fears that may be lingering in the back of your mind.
Let the breath be your anchor to the present moment.
Inhale a soft wave of calm.
Exhale,
Releasing tension.
Now let's invite gentle healing energy into your body.
Begin to visualize a warm golden light above you.
An energy that carries unconditional love,
Support,
And healing.
See this light slowly descending,
Flowing over the crown of your head and softening every part of your being as it touches you.
Feel this light move down through your forehead,
Over your eyes,
Soothing your mind and quieting the racing thought.
Let it soften your face and clenching your jaw and relaxing the muscles around your neck and shoulders.
Allow this warm light to pour over your chest,
Your arms,
And your hands.
As it moves,
Imagine the light carrying away the worries,
The fears,
And the what-ifs that weigh on you.
Let the light continue its journey,
Flowing down through your abdomen,
Your back,
Your hips,
Your legs,
And all the way down to your feet.
Imagine it grounding you to the earth,
Connecting you with stability,
With trust.
Connecting you to this trust in your natural healing intelligence within your body.
And having a sense of awe.
Perhaps being in awe at the fact that you are in this vessel.
And send some love and gratitude to your body,
To every organ,
For the ways that your body is able to repair and to heal without you needing to do anything at all.
See this light traveling to every cell of your being,
Dissolving any health issues,
Repairing every cell with light.
And if you're comfortable,
Perhaps you can even place your hand on any areas of the body that are needing a little extra light.
Sending extra loving energy to these spaces with the intention of healing.
Maybe even bringing a sound,
Humming,
To that space.
Letting your own voice become a powerful sound healing instrument.
Sending sound and light within your entire being for the highest healing.
Now I invite you to place one hand on your heart,
One hand on your belly.
If it feels comfortable for you to do so.
And as you breathe,
Feel the rise and fall of your body with each breath.
In this moment you may not have all the answers,
And that is okay.
It's okay to not know.
It's okay to feel what you feel,
Whether it's fear,
Uncertainty,
Or sadness.
Let yourself be with these feelings for a moment without any judgment.
With each breath,
Remind yourself that it's okay to be in the unknown.
And that your body is here for you,
Working for you every second.
Repeat quietly to yourself,
Or just listen to these words,
And feel them entering into your body as truth.
In this moment,
I am safe.
In this moment,
I choose peace.
In this moment,
I trust my body and its wisdom.
In this moment,
I trust the process,
Even when I don't know what's next.
In this moment,
I can choose peace.
In this moment,
I choose to trust that my body is more than capable of healing.
Allow these affirmations to resonate in your heart,
Knowing that your body,
Your mind,
And spirit are aligned with the highest good.
You are more than resilient.
You are more than this moment of waiting.
You are whole.
Bringing your awareness to the love and care that surrounds you,
Whether from loved ones,
A higher source,
Or from the earth beneath you.
Feel the support that is always here,
Holding you in its embrace.
You are never alone in this.
As you sit in this waiting time,
Remember that healing is already happening.
The cells in your body are constantly renewing,
Constantly working in your favor.
Let your body rest in this truth and trust that whatever unfolds,
You will meet it with grace and strength.
Now take a few more deep breaths,
Grounding yourself in the peace you've created.
As you begin to come back into the room,
Notice that you can return to this sense of calm any time you need it.
You are safe,
You are held,
And you are enough just as you are in this moment.
Whenever you're ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Bringing with you this sense of peace and trust.
An affirmation to carry with you throughout your day.
Whenever you find the worry thoughts taking over,
Give yourself permission to perhaps place a hand over your forehead,
Over your cheeks,
Over your heart,
Wherever it calls.
Or simply just say these words to yourself.
I trust my body.
I trust the process.
And I trust that peace is always within me.
Take this peace with you as you continue your journey,
Knowing you can return to this stillness whenever you need.
