Your spine is designed to move. It should bend forward, extend backward, rotate, and move from side to side. But modern life keeps us sitting for hours, leaving our spines stiff and the muscles around them weak or imbalanced. This guided routine is designed to gently restore movement through your entire spine, helping improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and keep your back feeling healthy. Move slowly, stay within a comfortable range, and never force a movement. Work only within the range your body allows today, and let that range gradually improve over time. Sync each movement with your breathing, using slow inhales and long exhales to help your body relax and move more freely. A gentle stretch is normal, but stop if you experience sharp or worsening pain. Consistency is what creates lasting change, so come back to this routine whenever your back needs a little love.
