I’m Pedro Avila, a mobility coach based in Sydney, Australia, helping people feel better in their bodies through strength, flexibility, recovery, breath and mindful movement. My approach combines mobility, flexibility, strength, nervous system regulation, and longevity-focused training in a way that feels simple, calming, and sustainable for everyday life. After years working with seniors, busy adults, kids with special needs, athletes, and people dealing with stiffness, stress, lower back pain, hip pain, and physical tension, I became deeply interested in how movement can help us slow down, reconnect with our bodies, and move through life with more ease. Here you’ll find guided mobility sessions, stretching routines, recovery practices, educational videos, breath-led movement, and gentle nervous system resets designed to help you feel more grounded, mobile, relaxed, and present. Movement doesn’t need to feel aggressive to be powerful.
