Welcome.
I'm so glad you were here.
This is your mandala card of the day.
A daily reset for clarity,
Focus,
And meaningful action.
A simple space to pause,
Clear mental overwhelm,
And reconnect with what matters.
Before we begin,
I invite you to have a journal or a blank page nearby,
Along with a pen.
There'll be a few quiet moments for reflection and writing.
This is your time.
A moment to come back to yourself so you can move through your day with more clarity and calm.
Let's begin by arriving fully into this moment.
Gently close your eyes if that feels comfortable.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Let your hands rest wherever they feel at ease.
Take a slow breath in through your nose,
And a soft breath out through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale and exhale,
Releasing any tension you're holding.
One more time,
A slow breath in and a longer breath out.
Now,
Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
No need to control it,
Just notice.
Notice the rise and fall of your breath,
The gentle movement of your body.
And with each exhale,
Allow your mind to settle just a little bit more.
If your attention has been scattered or pulled in different directions,
This is your moment to gather it back.
Back to your breath,
Back to your body,
Back to yourself.
Notice the quiet space you've created.
Notice that you are here,
Present,
Supported,
Loved.
And from this grounded place,
We'll move into today's reflection.
The theme for today is brave.
As Brene Brown writes,
Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be.
And that's what we're going to be seeing.
Take a moment to let that land.
Brave doesn't always look bold.
It doesn't have to shout or charge ahead or be loud to count.
Sometimes brave is quiet.
It is getting out of bed when everything feels heavy.
Sending the message you've been afraid to send.
Speaking your truth,
Even if your voice trembles.
Or choosing to hope again after disappointment.
Just notice if any of that feels familiar.
Bravery shows up in small choices,
Too.
The ones that no one else sees.
Saying no when it would be easier to say yes.
Asking for help.
Letting go of what no longer is meant for you.
Stay with that for a moment.
Being brave is not about having no fear.
It is about honouring what matters.
Enough to move forward anyway,
Despite your fear.
It is about finding and using your voice,
Even when it's difficult.
Bring your awareness inward now.
Notice your breath,
Your body,
Your presence in this moment.
Is there something in your life that feels a little uncomfortable?
Something that you've been hesitating around?
Something that scares you?
Something that you've been afraid to say?
Just notice.
Courage lives in these small moments.
In showing up.
In trying again.
In staying open when it would be easier to just shut down.
To be brave is to live with heart.
It is to stay open,
Even when it feels vulnerable.
Especially then.
And from that place,
It becomes easier to stay connected.
To find and use your voice.
And to step forward with intention.
Today,
Let yourself be brave in the ways that matter most.
Not perfectly.
Just honestly.
One small step is enough.
I want you to take a moment now and bring to mind something that feels uncomfortable.
Something that's important to you.
But also a little uncomfortable or uncertain.
Notice how it feels in your body.
Without pushing it away,
Just be with it.
See if you can hold that space.
Feel that tension.
And soften it.
With awareness.
With loving kindness.
With compassion for yourself.
Now gently ask yourself,
What would one small act of courage look like here?
Not everything.
Just one step.
Stay with whatever arises.
Now I invite you to turn inward and explore this more deeply through journaling.
Here is your journal prompt today.
Where in my life am I being asked to be brave?
And what is one small step I can take in that direction?
You might also explore what fear has been holding you back.
Or what courage feels like in your body.
Allow your thoughts to flow without editing or judgment.
Simply let whatever wants to be expressed come onto the page.
It's time to gently bring your journaling to a close.
Take a slow breath in.
And a soft breath out.
I'll share an affirmation.
You can repeat it silently or out loud.
Letting the words settle within you.
Today I am brave in the ways that matter most.
Today I am brave in the ways that matter most.
I meet fear with compassion.
I meet fear with compassion.
And I take the next step with heart and courage.
And I take the next step with heart and courage.
Take another deep breath in.
And exhale fully.
Notice how you feel.
More steady.
More open.
More willing to take a chance.
Thank you for giving yourself this time today.
Each time you return to this practice,
You strengthen your ability to show up,
To move forward,
And to step into a place of brave,
Compassionate,
Open heart.
I invite you to come back tomorrow for a new mandala card of the day and continue building courage and your life one step at a time.
Be gentle and courageous with yourself as you move throughout your day.
