A somatic healing session for women carrying a difficult birth experience. Whether your trauma is recent or years old, this practice meets you where you are. This full version includes deep ambient cello music during the body scan, and slow pulsing storm-inspired music during the breathwork sequence to guide your nervous system from tension toward resolution. Birth trauma does not live only in memory. It lives in tight hips, a guarded chest, a jaw that never fully unclenches. Through a guided body scan, you will locate where that experience is still being held, and through breath, begin to help it move. Includes extended exhale breathing and the physiological sigh, clinically shown to reduce acute stress faster than any other breathing method. This practice does not ask you to relive what happened. It asks only that you show up and breathe.
