Welcome my friend.

You're tuned in to channel OM Haiku.

I'm your host,

Maamun.

Back with another music meditation just to soothe,

Just to relax,

Just to let go,

Just for you.

If you've been feeling stressed,

Fed up with life,

Overwhelmed by circumstance,

Feeling loneliness,

Tiredness,

Restlessness,

Anger,

Resentment,

Feeling unmotivated,

Overlooked,

Undervalued,

Feeling insecure about a relationship,

Fed up with work,

Fed up with school,

Feeling fed up with the mind,

The ever-changing moods,

Perhaps even feeling joyous,

Loving,

Peaceful,

Somewhere in between.

Whatsoever you feel reminding you that you're not alone and those feelings that millions if not billions of people can relate to the same anxieties,

The same hopes,

The same frustrations.

We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can combat stress in the unfolding of life.

Trust in our awareness,

Trust in that being second and comfortable,

Getting in a nice seated posture or you can lie down,

Whichever you like.

More awareness to your body,

How you feel in this moment,

Unlike any other moment thus far.

Feeling the uniqueness of this moment,

Feeling the uniqueness of who you are and exhaling old life,

Old energy and exhale letting go of self-doubt.

Coming back to self-love as you breathe in,

Letting go of future anxieties as you breathe in this moment.

You're safe to close the eyes,

Tuning deeper into your inner space,

Looking in,

Dropping down from the head into the heart space,

Feeling your heartbeat.

Know that you're breathing,

Know that you're alive.

We live to see another day but it won't always be that way.

Holding the breath at the top,

Becoming aware of your presence.

Very slow,

Very soft.

Exhale,

Let go.

For a few moments,

Bringing all the attention inwards,

Witnessing and welcoming your mind very gently,

Very lovingly.

Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Becoming aware of your posture,

Aware of how you sat,

Bringing awareness to your spine,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing the belly,

Relaxing the jaw,

The lips,

The forehead,

And relaxing the eyes as you look inwards.

Breathing into the belly and exhale,

Relaxing the belly.

Opening the heart,

Coming back into trust,

Coming back into love,

Choosing love over fear,

Choosing trust over being anxious,

Worried,

Simply letting that go.

Having faith in yourself,

Having faith in life.

Relaxing the hands,

Relaxing the feet,

Relaxing the mind.

In fact,

If your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.

Feeling your presence.

The color for today is silver,

The number is 50,

And the animal is a swan.

I thank you for joining me today across time and space.

I'm sending you a big hug,

My dear friend.

Wishing you an abundance of love,

An abundance of resourcefulness,

Creativity,

Consciousness,

Being conscious of each moment,

Being conscious of how we're speaking to other people.

Remember that our words are like spells.

We spell out our words and they have an effect,

A very deep effect on the course of our life.

How we relate to the unfolding of what's going on can be shifted,

Can be refined just by putting more consciousness on our speech,

On what we're saying out loud,

On the stories that we're telling ourselves.

Of course,

In our head,

But especially what we're speaking out loud,

It carries such a strong vibration that it's important to watch the words that we speak and to speak that which we want to so,

And not that which we want to avoid.

Speaking complaints is not helpful to our process.

Of course,

There's challenges that come,

But complaining about them is not going to help the challenge be any easier.

I'm reminded of this time when I used to serve young adults and teenagers out in the wilderness of Utah,

Very controversial industry called Wilderness Therapy,

Really supported my adolescence going through this experience and then I circled back as a guide.

I was teaching meditation out there.

I was out in the elements and nature and in the wintertime,

It'd be so,

So cold and a lot of people would just say,

I'm so cold,

I'm so cold,

But I will remind myself and everyone else that was in my group that just by verbalizing it's so cold,

It's not going to make you feel any warmer.

And this was a great lesson for me,

Just going through my life that verbalizing that I'm in pain or that I'm feeling anxious or cold,

Cold to life,

It doesn't help that much.

In fact,

It can make it worse.

So being aware of how I speak to actually shift how I feel,

To actually shift what I'm experiencing,

This is a big practice of mine that I felt called to share with you guys today.

May we enjoy this phase,

This current stage,

Experience some inner space,

The feeling of faith,

The feeling of trust.

And with that,

I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
